We did quite a major reno involving 3 bathrooms (one newly constructed at backyard), a new bedroom, 2 kitchens, 12 doors, vynil flooring, painting both outdoor n indoor, replacing wooden fence with wall fence, all within 2.5 months. The team from the project manager to the designer to the site supervisor were all very dedicated. They also cleaned up the place after the reno. Highly recommended.

They called me and the installer explain to me angry with a broken English He installed hinges on the wrong side of the frame despite the order chit is correct. His excuse because I ask him where he hinges are and didn’t comment anything. Firstly, he is the door installer, isn’t he suppose to know where to installed the hinges? Secondly, the order chit that has been issued to him clearly mark the hinges on the right side of the frame from door opening view. The company come and send him to rectify it, and he is giving a black face, and attitude and using the bathroom without permission to clean his silicone tools leaving a silicone bits and mark on my new sink. How is he shows no respect to the house owner and buyer? The new frame was not even to the floor and the patch with silicon only. How is this silicon going to hold the frame securely. We also bought a combi door, the same installer come despite I have mention not to send him back. The door and frame is heavy, however they only put a silicon between door frame and wall on the opening side hence in can hear noises from outside. And I am not sure if this is safe as the frame itself are heavy. When press into the silicon, I can make a dent to it. I suggest the company put a putty to hold the door frame secure instead just stick it to the wall with a silicon. And the sound proofing is bad. I can hear my neighbours opening their door, and all the things that happen outside.

I placed an order for a door since 04 Feb 2023, and since then, I have not gotten any confirmation on when my combi-door, my 3 bedroom doors, and my glass sliding door will be installed. I have spend above $10,000 for this and am currently still waiting for an update with constant promises of "Tonight will update you" and "Tomorrow will confirm". What is worst is that I just called their number, and the person who picked up my call told me they are closed. THE WEBSITE STATES 8PM CLOSING TIME?!? WHAT DO YOU MEAN CLOSE? I will update this post once I get any new updates. But for now if you want to get any doors from them, you can get it at your own risk. I not sure why the doors are taking longer than my house renovation. Additional issues: 1 - When placing the order on 04 Feb 2023, I was assured that everything will be ready before end of March, it is now end of March 2 - The door handles that I chose on 04 Feb 2023 for some reason ran out of stock even though I had paid for it. Was told to choose something different instead. 3 - Had all the previous doors removed and asked them to come down to take measurements on 24 February, my request was refused as I was told they will only come down to take measurements once the walls were plastered. 4 - After measurements were taken on 11 March, they were very prompt to ask for the 2nd deposit, which I stupidly gave. And since then I have not been able to get any updates on when my doors will be installed. I am practically begging them every day now. I now have a house with no doors thanks to them.

Do not bother to deal with Doctor Doors. This is the worst contractor I have encountered so far! Dishonest contractor as they will quietly delete your comments on facebook, not even bother to apologize. Totally no sense of professionalism at all!! Came on site on 20 Mar 2020 morning to make measurement and promised to provide an official quotation by next Tues (24 Mar 2020). But no news at all after that! I have to call to remind the business owner on 25 Mar 2020 for this pending quotation and he only gave a further excuse to delay more. Then after that rejected my call totally. It is already so difficult to even get a official quotation to start, I foresee that there is more delay for simple door installations.
