We went to a few IDs before deciding to go with E+E Design and Build. It was through my husband's colleagues and word of mouth that we got to know E+E. After meeting up with Cedrick and receiving the first quotation, we knew that this is the person we wanted to design our house. Unlike a few IDs that we met, Cedrick was never pushy with us and we felt a connection with him throughout the entire journey. Being first time home owners, we were VERY fickle minded in deciding what we want and kept changing the ideas and thoughts. However, Cedrick was very patient and gave us practical but perfect advises to create a nice home. At first, I was quite skeptical about the colours for my kitchen as I couldn't visualise it even though I had decided on the colours myself. Turns out, it was exactly what I had wanted and Cedrick did it. He was very good at visualising on how everything will look like, be it the colours, or the designs, or the whole look of the house. We gave him a bare house and he has given us a beautiful home in return. This, we couldn't have asked for more. We would definitely recommend Cedrick and E+E design and build to others. We are extremely thrilled with our newly renovated home. We highly recommend E+e for their commendable craftsmanship. Prior to renovation, we had the opportunity to view previous E+e project in person and were immediately impressed by their Design & Build. Cedrick was our ID who is enthusiastic, committed and talented in his field to successfully accentuate this project towards customer preference, prioritizing our interest and taste more than anything. Cedrick's quotation was comparatively fair, realistic and within our budget to begin. Even way before work begun, Cedrick displayed excellent talent and projected distinctive skills in recommending right designs for our home. He never once failed to make time to honour our visits to his office, with his energetic spirit and facilitated discussions and exchange of stimulating ideas. He made strong impact by responsibly overseeing works through his frequent visits to site during renovation. Cedrick recommended the best tiler, painter and plaster personnel to ensure perfection in every aspect of the finished project. This proves his accuracy in understanding his workers' strength and he capitalized on it towards customer satisfaction. Throughout the renovation, Cedrick offered continuous and effective communication through WhatsApp. His accuracy in evaluating completion date and successfully scheduling workers to meet formulated dateline without any delay, proves his quantitative determination to be attentive and his pure devotion towards his job. He has utmost understanding of latest designs and is very competent in modern living. Cedrick's companion ID, Kuan impressed us with his strong display of graphics and this gave us much opportunity to have sound understanding to imagine finished product through visuals, allowing us to make necessary changes, during selection of materials. Kuan took charge of his delegated duties responsibly, during Cedrick's absence. Cedrick and Kuan are powerful assets to E+e Design & Build. They stand out in displaying active imaginations and possess creative strength in successfully building us a home and have excellently transformed customers' life.

Shakir from E+e displayed professionalism and has met beyond my expectations even after multiple last minute changes made. Very pleased with his work ethics throughout the whole renovation process. The entirety of the renovation went very smoothly without much complications. We worked with Shakir and he did a great job. We selected his company because not only they were very competitive at the quote stage but Shakir gave us the confidence that he was understanding our requirements and expectations. We had a quite tight timeline. He first announced a finish date well within our window. It did slip a bit at some point but still well within acceptable limits we had. Most importantly Shakir has been very communicative about it which always helps to manage the case. Our project had some challenges especially a high ceiling that had a slope and where we wanted to create beams (to look like wooden beams like country side house feeling) as well as a built in wardrobe up to the ceiling with 3 different angles. The job was well done and the final look was beyond our expectations. We had some issues at some point with some mistakes made but Shakir handled it with great professionalism and brought a satisfying resolution to every problem. Overall we had a very positive experience and can now enjoy our house which looks even better than we could have imagined. I would recommend Shakir and his company to anyone. Dont be fooled by his young age he has all it takes to take on your project and fulfill your requirements.

Professionalism is key in ensuring that both client and designer are happy. We are very lucky to have met Cedrick and chose him as our ID. Based on our past renovation experience, we were very careful in choosing the ID for this new home. Cedrick has been very professional throughout our entire renovation process. Thanks Eric Law who help me to accomplish my dream home to become true. Taking e+e design was a great experience. Especially the ID we took was Mr Shakir Tan. The service was good and met our expectations. We didnt have any idea as its was our first time doing renovation for our first house and Shakir was always available to give guidance, suggestion and ideas.
