“Beware of Espace”
I engaged Espace Creative after receiving quotes from a few firms at Homereno.com.sg. The renovation was very unsatisfactory and I found that Espace cannot be trusted. The works kept delaying and Victor kept promising that contractors will arrive to proceed with the works but nobody turned up. In the end, the renovation was only done halfway. After receiving payments from us, Victor did not complete the project and kept delaying it. We are unable to reach him after that. Works were so incomplete that when we came to check on the progress, my house was empty and without windows! I felt cheated from this experience, and would like to warn other homeowners on Hometrust.
