the guys at flipwire worked on my place at kim tian - they were friendly and transparent, and never gave me any doubts about the build. they always had solutions for any issue i raised, and made me feel very comfortable in what was a very new process for new homeowners like myself. they were also nice enough to try to meet my deadline, despite it not being what they initially proposed. in the end, they delivered on time, and beyond what i expected. i'm really really happy with what they have delivered, and would have chosen no one else to work on my place!

I went with Flipwire to reno a home for my dad who is a retiree, my primary concerns that the place be safe for him to use and pleasing to the eye. My budget was low for a 3rm flat but they helped me out, even to buy furniture for the little place. I'm happy that I chose them to renovate the place. Their ideas made sense. My dad got to move in 1 week before agreed handover. As for aftersales, there were a few touch-ups that needed to be made, it took a 8 days to come but I am sure its their busy schedule.

We enlisted Flipwire for our new 5 room HDB project. Project time line given by Flipwire was 10 weeks but the actual handover took 15 weeks. Apart from not being able to complete the renovation within the stipulated timeframe, other major issues include: 1. Blocking of the main floor trap in our common toilet while administering wetworks, tiling and carpentry. 2. After moving in for more than a month, we realise there is cement choke in the toilet paip. They refused to rectify the issue. We have to engage 3rd party plumber to fix the problem and there is additional cost incurred.
