Went to several interior designers before circuit breaker and one of them I contacted was Rinda. After getting quotes and all, unfortunately, it was circuit breaker and decided not to continue the project to renovate my room. When everything was back kicking, phase 3, decided to restart back my plan to renovate my room. Out of all other designers, I somehow chose to contact Rinda. It was not any of my plan or what on why I chose her, but I got a feeling that she will be the one that will make my dream to do up my room to how I want it to be! I was right! Frankly, some of the firms did not want to take up a small-scale renovation but Rinda is one of those that do not mind be it small- or large-scale project. She really made me feel amazingly comfortable in terms of asking questions as often, we do not want to feel that we are being very annoying. No fear in asking her at any point of time for having any doubts, Rinda will assure us is her job to answer our queries at any point of time and told us do not to feel shy or anything if I have anything to ask her.
I gave Rinda a timeline to do all the renovations within 2 months or less because it was nearing fasting month and then Hari Raya which I would want my room to be done up before fasting month approach so that I have ample time to clean up and do the packing just in time for Hari Raya. It went on smoothly, from chatting with her what my ideas were, discussing what is realistic, what can be done to save some cost but still look nice as we all know sometimes ideas seems to be far from realistic but however, Rinda will still try her very upmost best to make it as close as it can be in terms what I really wanted. She is not the person that says it cannot be done and that is it but instead, she is the one who always gives improved ideas and of course a better solution. I can see that she is extremely passionate, creative, truly knowledgeable, meticulous in everything and course full of patience!
Throughout the renovation, everything was updated accordingly every now and then without much asking, planning wise was excellent. She will always try her best to suits my schedule as I have shift work so sometimes it is hard to be home at a certain timing. During the duration of hacking to painting to carpentry works, she will definitely come down to see and make sure it is done properly. When some of the carpentry works did not came up to what it was supposed to, Rinda will make sure that the carpentry works is up to what we had initially planned and accordance similar to the 3D drawings be it needing to dismantle and bring back to the factory to get it sorted out back, she will make sure it was being done. Of course, nothing is perfect in this world but there is always someone that will make perfection in something. That shows that she is very honest in her job scope. No shortcuts no nothing. She will make sure everything was done to what I wanted it to be.
The renovation was completed within 6 weeks surprisingly it was fast and way faster than I thought. The room really looks remarkably close to 100% to the 3D drawing which made me feel very satisfied and happy with! Even after renovation works are completed, she is almost immediately responsive to the rectification works needed to be rectified which are essential to making sure that my room is cosy and a place for me to rest and relax after a long day of work! I am fortunate to have chosen Rinda to have my room done up! I am happy that my room is what I wanted! Thank you so much! God bless!
