Excellently exceeding expectations will be a good start to describe our home renovation journey with Ideology Interior. During the first consultation meeting with our Interior Designer Louis, we almost immediately know that he was the one we want to work with. He displayed a high level of professionalism in his work ,was filled with fresh ideas and an excellent portfolio, not only put in great effort to understand our idea of a dream home, he also gave constructive advice and threw in more creative ideas. Louis always responded to our queries promptly and was very flexible to certain changes we made midway into the renovation. He is reachable always for a call or whatsapp irrespective of the time of the day. Even when we needed advise on the furnitures to choose the material , color etc , he was available to share ideas. He even went to the extent of suggesting shops for the furnitures and other items. Louis also supervised the work done by the carpenters, plumbers, painters, tilers etc well. We are extremely satisfied with the completion of the work done as agreed in the contract which we would say was a quality work from the start till the end. He exceeded our expectation with the great ideas and best of all working on a budget that we have given him. We truly admire his willingness, energy and patience throughout the whole renovation period. What we are most pleased about was the excellent service attitude and patience he gave throughout. Midway through the renovation we had requested for changes and new ideas which Louis accepted with a smile and ensured he met the expectations. The level of details he went in was amazing. We expected a "homely" theme but the final result was luxurious+homely theme which is more than we expected. Despite having a tight budget and more tight timeline, Ideology Interior allowed us to achieve our dream home with their affordable pricing with no compromise to quality and workmanship and on time. Overall, it was pleasant and fun journey! We wish to thank Ideology Interior and Louis for the great service and patience in hearing and giving in to our request and helping us to build a home of our dreams. Being first timer, we needed a lot of guidance from you. Thank you for your patience in answering our numerous questions and meeting our requests. Aiken was recommended by my super fussy friend, that's how I know I can trust him, because my super fussy friend approves of him. Haha. Anyway this is my second renovation with Aiken. My first renovation was room renovation. This current renovation is 3R HDB renovation. At first the HDB was in a very bad shape. Even the gas meter is still located inside the unit. Now whenever we have friends hangout at our place, they all say my room my toilet everything looks cool.

As first time home owners, we are fortunate to have engaged and entrusted Glenndon as our ID. He is extremely responsible, responsive and genuine. Efficient in scheduling works, updated us timely and provided constructive solutions and suggestions. Many a time, he went above and beyond his duties. He was patient towards our countless of queries and accommodating to our changes. In addition, he never once pressured us to do any unnecessary reno works, let us took our time to decide whats best for us and respects our preference. Of course there is no perfect reno, bound to have hiccups here and there but we are not worried at all because we can always count on Glenndon to rectify any issues immediately. He also rendered great post reno support. We are truly grateful towards Glenndon for going the extra mile to help build our beautiful first home. Chance upon i.deogy interior on Instagram ad and ask for further information on BTO package and Glenndon contacted us and gave a very good quotation. Glenndon go thru and explain every details and guide us on what to do and not to do on the house. Was actually rushing to move in and he manage to hand over in time for us to shift in with everything nicely done. Glenndon really do a great job and definitely will recommend him.

My ID was Aiken Teo. For this renovation, we are facing a tight timeline of 1 month which includes hacking, constructing multiple build in for all rooms and shoe rack, overseeing electrician, painters, and many more. This is the 2nd time that we are getting Aiken to help us design and build due to trust and cost effective. With the current reno, Aiken provided constant update on the reno progress, most importantly, meeting timeline way earlier than our expectation! Additionally, doing extra fixes FOC after we've moved in. For a home reno, you will need someone reliable, trustable and help in being cost effective. Which is why, we gotten his help twice!

Ideology interior left nothing untouched to my resale 3rm hdb flat. It was an old flat that has not been renovated for 30 years. Quality workmanship at a very fast timeline. Suggestions from Donovan was spot on .All in all, I'm very very satisfied . Well within my budget and it was BEAUTIFUL! Im a happy new home owner.
