Loon does his own round of checks and corrects the necessary out of his own initiative. E.g. one of our cabinet doors became a challenge to open (due to little allowance for the finger) after setting the stone top and he got the carpenter to change them without even mentioning to us.
He is extremely open minded to hear your requests yet is able to effectively communicate his concerns and supplement with his suggestions in a way that he never feels imposing nor inexperienced.
Extremely value for money is our opinion. It is no wonder we engaged him a second time round to renovate our next home purchase after comparing with a few other ID firms.
