Jessica and her team truly delivered and helped us through our full renovation step by step with clear explanation of any changes that will always happen on a build. From the start till the handover Jessica and her team were flexible helping us through some tough calls, recommending east that could still help us achieve our dream home while staying within the budget. Dealing with a variety of tradesmen and authorities.

After weeks of comparing prices, we decided on Interior Concepts to renovate our BTO flat - suitable with our budget. The iD assigned to us, Jack Lim has the ear of listening to our request. Be upfront with your ideas, concerns and know what you really want. Like most ideas can incur additional cost but he’s wise enough to advise us on where our budget would fit. The only small issue was the timeline went a tad off due to a couple of minor rectifications needed after the final inspection. Other than that Jack gets the ball rolling & things done. Totally legit. Now, we got ourselves a home!

Highly recommend 2 of my best ID (JJ/TOM). When starting to compare pricing and design. Their price I would said is most competitive. 1 thing for sure is their service towards me & explain to me in simple terms as I don’t really really understand sometime what they saying. Tom is really patience and have a very understanding point of view when I don’t understand, he always explain to me until I understand without complaining. Really thankfully Tom to help me complete my house within the timeframe and rush everything for me even though I has move in when renovation. Good price, good service & deals ! Jessica and jordy have attended me and given some really good idea and assisted me greatly and manage to give me the best price in the market even work extra hard to meet datelines especially with rising cost and was able to complete with exact price as quoted with no hidden extra cost very transparent compared to all the wild experiences i have heard from the rest of my friends very reasonable and honest

I would like to thank my ID Jack for making my dream house happen. He is highly suggestive towards the whole renovation, and design were exactly what we had in mind, colour choice and texture choice were amazing. He also manage to complete the job scope with the given timeline as well as we have a strict timeline. He was really responsive to our queries as well. I have engaged Interior Concepts to carry out renovation works which include a total replacement of the kitchen cabinets, counter top, installation of wardrobe to the master bedroom and common bedroom and renovation to the two toilets. During the first meet-up, I already have the perception and impression that I am able to work with the team. From the design perspective, layout, colour combination to material selection, it was smooth sailing. My Senior ID Tom and project manager Bryan was very kind and helpful. They will communicate on any concern or limitations that i faced during the design stage and also during the work in progress. Although there were some complication midway, we managed to resolve the issue and they are responsive to any of my queries. The workmanship on the carpentry, tiling works and painting works are great. It is important that the ID understands the home owner's perspective, budget requirements and able to meet that expectation. Overall I'm happy and excited to finally have my own cosy home. Thank you Tom, Bryan and team for the hardwork and effort to meet my expectation and attention to details.
