From the moment we sat down with Melissa for our first consultation, we knew we were in good hands. She was super easy to talk to and took the time to really understand our vision for the renovation. Our first meeting with Jess was amazing. She immediately made us feel comfortable and listened to what we wanted for our renovation. Her design knowledge is impressive, but what really made her stand out was her ability to bring our ideas to life in a practical way. Jess offered suggestions on how to optimize the space that we hadn’t even considered, which showed how much she thought about functionality alongside aesthetics. One of the biggest things that reassured us was her detailed explanation of how she would manage the site. During the commencement of work, Jess went over to the site and give instructions to the contractors on what need to be done. She keep us updated whenever there are job done. Although there are some minor hiccups on the delivery of my bathroom items but she manage to handle the delays and she ensures everything stays on schedule. Finding the right interior designer is crucial, and I’m glad to have chosen Gene and Freeze for this renovation journey. My top priority was storage—lots of it—and they delivered exactly that with thoughtful space planning and design. They even incorporated a sitting area for wearing shoes, something I hadn’t considered given my limited space.
