Juz Interior Pte Ltd

We discovered Juz Interior at a renovation fair last year and, to our surprise, our first choice turned out to be the perfect one for us. Our interior designer, Xin Hao, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and enthusiasm throughout the process of renovating our first home. Despite having many ideas but no clear vision, Xin Hao patiently listened to our concerns and thoughtfully crafted a practical design that perfectly aligned with our needs and preferences. His approachable and friendly demeanor made it easy for us to share our thoughts openly. Xin Hao’s meticulous attention to detail was evident as he ensured the renovation process went smoothly, stepping in at key moments when we couldn’t be present due to work commitments. He was always responsive to our questions, providing practical feedback and curating a timeline that accommodated our busy schedules. We are incredibly grateful to Xin Hao and his team of contractors for their dedication and outstanding service. We highly recommend Xin Hao for anyone seeking a seamless and delightful home renovation experience. Thank you, Xin Hao, for transforming our vision into our beautiful new home!

Jenn has been a pleasure to work with throughout the renovation journey, showing attention to detail and problem solving that was crucial in our project. While we were away on holiday, she held down the fort and kept the project going, overseeing every minor detail to ensure that we would move in once we returned. Her dedication and commitment to her job despite her busy schedule is commendable. Will definitely recommend her :)

Working with Jenn was extremely pleasurable. Right from the first meeting up till the final outcome, it was clear that Jenn had an exceptional understanding of what we wanted for our new home — in fact sometimes MORE than we do. Not only does she work fast and is creative, she’s also very resourceful and capable. There had been many times during the reno where we met with hiccups but she’d always been able to solve the problems quickly, ensuring that work continues smoothly. Her keen eye for detail and ability to blend aesthetics with functionality is truly a gifted attribute. The end result of our new home exceeded our expectations and looked absolutely stunning yet at the same time feels incredibly comfortable. We didn’t think that we’d miss working with her so much — communicating throughout the project was seamless AND very enjoyable. She always took the time to listen to our ideas and concerns, then coming up with multiple solutions to help us with our decision, making the whole process stress-free. Not only are we truly thrilled with the end result, even our friends and family are too. We must say that Jenn is a highly competent ID and would definitely recommend this talented lady to anyone seeking to transform their space. Thank you so SO much Jenn ?❤️

We were tight on budget and had been on an ID hunt for awhile. Spoken to multiple IDs and when we finally chanced upon Joe, we know that he was the right one. We observed that he's very genuine through our first conversation with him. He does his best to lower the budget while at the same time achieving our dream house design. Throughout the renovation journey, his experience, patience and consistency had helped us create our dream home. When we needed help or advice for our home, he will be there. We do not need to worry on the process, as he himself will highlight the problem(s) to us if there's any. When we spotted any issue(s), he was more than happy to rectified it for us ASAP and updated us live. Even when I suggested a design to surprise my wife, he gladly do whatever he can to help. To us, we need an ID in which we can trust, and Joe will be the one.

We started our planning journey early with Peter Su from Juz Interior and appointing him as our ID is by far the best decision we have made in creating our first home. I would like to compliment that Peter did an excellent job in designing my BTO apartment. We gave him a blank canvas and some rough ideas. He gave me a work of art. As a designer, he is well versed in his technical knowledge and has a great sense of aesthetics. Peter offered great design ideas, and also took into consideration my preferences and requirements. Being very fickle-minded persons, we have been changing our designs and ideas many times. However, not once has Peter shown impatience or displeasure. From the inception of the project to the handover, Peter took effort to be on-site regularly to ensure the progress of the renovation went smoothly. He was also very responsive in attending to our queries and concerns. It also helped a lot that Peter offered sound advice so that the living space became one that is both pleasing and functional. Peter was able to conceptualise what we were looking for, and connected the dots to bring the vision into reality. Peter also offered very good after-sales service. After the completion of renovation, he still took the trouble to check in and see if everything is going well with the house. This is a rare quality compared to what you would expect of from most designers - who might not be contactable after completion. What leaves the greatest impression on my husband and me is Peter’s great sense of responsibility, his passion, pride and drive towards his profession. Overall, we are more than satisfied with the end results of the project! With Peter, a client can be assured that he will give his best. Once again, great thanks to Peter and his team for creating a warm and cosy home which we are so proud of!

Felix is exactly the kind of ID we needed - knowledgeable, reliable, practical, and with great aesthetic sense. Although we only hacked a bathroom, I felt that Felix has spent the same amount of time iterating on the design as if we were to renovate the whole flat. He brought us to select tiles, basins, lights, and patiently explained the materials and work required. When we wanted to look for some cheaper alternatives, Felix was able to recommend some good quality online sellers. When our carpenter work was delayed due to M'sia border lockdown, Felix and his team tried their best effort to expedite our case. They were able to line up all other work once the carpenter timeline is out, and finished the renovation right before we needed to move in. I highly recommend Felix to anyone who want a peace of mind for their renovation

I've reviewed about 5 ID firms before deciding to engage with Summer. Though the quote is not the cheapest, but the initial process of quotations and reviews with Summer were what made me decide to engage with her. The engagement with Summer was very interactive, and she will also ensure to address any questions/concerns that I had. I appreciate that she helped in suggesting designs and colors that would work better than what I already had in mind. And the end results were all to my satisfaction! She kept a very close follow up to the renovation works, and was able to advise problems ahead so that we were able to make informed decisions. We had a tight timeline for the renovation, and without compromising on the workmanship, we managed to move in on time - which I really appreciate. All in all, I would recommend Summer to anyone because she is very pleasant to work with, has a very creative eye for details and most importantly, a very trustworthy designer/person!
