Out of the three quotations we received, Mablle’s stood out not just for being one of the most competitive, but for the sincerity and collaborative spirit behind it. They truly designed the house with us, not just for us. Our preferences were always heard, and they went the extra mile to resolve unexpected issues, even the ones we accidentally caused ourselves ?. For example, when we engaged a subpar handyman, our ID stepped in and arranged for their own trusted handyman without hesitation and without questions. The quality of workmanship throughout was outstanding. The tiler delivered a perfectly neat and well-finished half-wall in our master ensuite, while the concrete sink support was solid, clean, and built to last. Electrical works were priced affordably without compromising on quality. Everything from the switches to the lighting layouts was executed neatly and exactly as we envisioned. We are glad to have engaged Yanxi's service from Mablle. She was thoroughly understood our requirements and gave her own inputs which were creative and no other ID firms we met suggested it. Price was reasonable, not the cheapest, fair and justified. We like how she and her colleague executed the project, constant updates and on schedule. Highly recommended, also shared with my relative who is planning their reno soon.

We decided to engage Mablle with designer Yanxi after reviewing total of 6 ID firms. She stood out as being the most sincere; attentive to our requirements with her practical inputs and keeping in mind our budget of $50k. She doesn't try to oversell as we have seen in some others. The renovation started and ended as per schedule which was a relieve to us after hearing so much horror stories. Yanxi was with us throughout the journey, keeping us updated on the status with regular photo updates. When there were minor issues, she was quick to respond and resolve. A great experience to have Kate as ID for our first home. Kate and her team made great efforts turning our preferences into real pieces in our BTO, including dividers at foyer, camouflage thick beam across walkway, frameless & no handle kitchen glass door, etc. She is attentive when we exchange ideas/comments in drawings. She responded patiently to our dozens of queries about our house. Openness in quotations, we are worry-free of hidden costs.

From day one until key collection, working with Shim was smooth — no need to worry at all. His responsiveness was top-notch, even replying to our late-night or weekend WhatsApps. For such a big project, finding an ID who’s so steady really made all the difference. Was moving to my first home and wanted as cosy as a place possible especially in the kitchen area as I do a lot of cooking. Throughout the journey, Yan was very transparent and knowledgeable about pros and cons of every decision and direction that I wanted to take. If there were any problems, Yan was also very quick to address them. Timelines from sending us different designs to choosing materials to installation were also adhered to very promptly. We had the pleasure of working with Yan on our parents' retirement home, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the very start, she took the time to understand our needs, patiently listening to our concerns and requirements to create a home that was not just visually appealing but also highly functional and comfortable for our elderly parents. One of the key areas we needed special attention on was the bathroom. Yan was incredibly patient and thorough in helping us design an elderly friendly bathroom that prioritized safety, accessibility, and ease of use while still maintaining a clean and simple aesthetic. She carefully selected the right fittings, non-slip flooring, and placed grab bars at necessary area, ensuring that every detail contributed to a safe and convenient space for our parents. Her thoughtful approach gave us great peace of mind!

Was moving into my 2nd home and needed a designer to help mainly with setting up my TV console and cabinets in my bathrooms and kitchen. We shopped around 3-4 IDs and decided to engage Xuan from Mablle. Throughout the entire process from design to material selection to renovation, Xuan was very communicative about the pros/cons of each option we decided upon, budget ($20k+) and timelines. There were obviously some hiccups here and there (e.g. needed a couple of rounds of sealing for the toilet bowl) but the responses and rectifications were quick and efficient. In addition to the simple and muji like design, practical recommendations provided on what we wanted (e.g. cupboard needed to be higher so that it doesn't hit our toes) were also very useful.

I would like to highly appreciate Vaana for her work on our home renovation. She effectively managed and coordinated all the work needed including plumbing, masonry, carpentry and electrical works. She was regularly on-site to inspect and drive the work. She also followed up on any rectification or pending works and kept us regularly updated on the progress. She is very capable in the field of interior works and home renovation.
