“Renovation Works”

I had requested for flooring services. I wanted to remove my tiles and install a new set of tiles. Their services was very accommodating. They attended to my different changes as there were many to choose from. When I was uncertain, they offered me variations of tiles to choose from. They even made time to bring me to the tile shop to show me all sorts of tiles. They had also explained to me the process and what was to happened very clearly. Much appreciated.

Design

Yes, it was close proximity to what I wanted.

Workmanship

Workmanship of the flooring was great. Although, some stuff had to be reschedule due to nature of work.

Value for Money

One of the best prices I got among the other companies I have requested for.

“Hire Them At Your Peril !”

In early June'17 I engaged this company to carry out works for the toilet in my bedroom because of complaints of water leakage from my neighbour below. After considering the proposals of 2 other contractors we decided to award the contract to them because they gave us a really good price for it as well as a reasonable timeline of 5 weeks to completion, especially since the scope of work was quite extensive as it involved hacking away and replacing all the the floor and wall tiles and re-doing the entire waterproofing and plumbing system. As soon as the renovations started all hell broke lose and everything that could go wrong in a project has gone wrong. For instance we have workers not showing up at appointed times and several plumbing defects were discovered after the wall and floor tiles have already been laid requiring re-hacking. I came to realized later on that all these plumbing works had been carried by unskilled workers without the supervision of a licensed plumber. In fact most of the time the workers are left to carry out the work unchecked without any form of supervision and in the end we were the one who have to end up checking their work at the end of the day and picking up all the defects that had to be rectified (which was more than just a few). To make matters worse the lady that was coordinating our project was exhibiting what I would call totally irresponsible behaviour. Her initial friendly, polite and helpful demeanor took a 180 degree turn after the project was awarded to her. It was often difficult to get her on her phone and when defects were reported to her she adopted a very defensive and aggressive attitude, often trying to distance herself from responsibility instead of helping us to resolve the issues. To make matters worse it was often difficult to get her and she even told us not to message or call her on weekends. Also after appointments have been made she would have no qualms about coming an hour late or not showing up at all. Slowly the project got delayed one week after another and at the time of writing of this review it is already 11 weeks into the project and there is still no handover in sight. This is especially traumatic and disruptive for us as the works are being carried out on premises that we are already occupying. At this point of time we are considering the option of appointing another contractor to finish off the remaining works and claiming the cost of it against them. All-in-all, if there is only one word I can use to describe this experience is that it has been nothing short of a "nightmare" for us.

Design

This contractor did not provide any blueprints for design. Everything was planned and suggested by us.

Workmanship

The plumbing works was really bad.

Customer Service

What service?

“Renovation scam”

Indeed a scam! We engaged this co after meeting various ID firms due to the competitive rates. Jacqueline Babara initially put up a profession front - super responsive and accommodating throughout the sales presentation till closing of deal. Upon confirmation we paid the deposit and entrusted another sum of deposit to her to pay on our behalf to our condo management for works commencement regulations. After collecting the monies, Jacqueline's attitude took a big change! Kept delaying the works, NO drawings provided as agreed, did not pay condo management accordingly. She could not be contacted and the office was inoperative. It has been 3 months since and we have lodged a police report. Investigation is ongoing alongside other victims. We don't know if we can recover our money but hope to deter others from being conned by sharing this review.

“Con man company . ”

In short, tactic is to offer whatever it takes to secure the deal for a 50% deposit . After which, excuse to delay not do up job surface. They even engage my contractor to do work without paying him and went mia. And have the cheek to push away all blame. Director Ricky chua and partner jacquline Barbara is out to cheat. Reports had been made to police to press charge on them. I appeal to all who have similar experience to come forward . Please contact me at [email protected] to know your options. Currently CAD officer was looking into the cases. The more victim to report the better will be for the police to take action.

Design

They dun have the expertise. Just ask for 3D drawing to see if they can produce it. Plus go to their office to take a look yourself if you aren't convince. They are a empty shell company

Workmanship

Nothing done. Mia after placing deposit

Customer Service

Value for Money
