Majestic Construction Engrg

A little late, but we wanted to leave a review for Majestic Construction after they completed our renovation back in February. Thank you to the team for truly bringing our vision into reality. From the start, Benson was very knowledgeable and always gave constructive ideas and honest feedback to help us avoid costly renovation mistakes. We really appreciated his experience and practical advice throughout the process. Rui Qing and Soon Zhen were also very friendly, responsive, and accommodating whenever we had questions or requests. Communication was smooth and they made the whole renovation journey much less stressful. In Singapore, finding a trustworthy contractor is one of the most important things, especially with so many horror stories about contractors disappearing with people’s hard-earned money. That’s why we’re thankful we found a team we could genuinely trust. Overall, we had a positive experience and are happy with how our home turned out.

We had a most enjoyable and truly stress-free renovation experience with Majestic Construction. They renovated our executive apartment’s living room, kitchen, toilets, and service balcony. Project planning was prompt and smooth from the very start. The team was solid throughout the entire process — from quotation and design, to material and colour selection, execution, and follow-up. Majestic has their own in-house workers, including electricians and carpenters, which gave us great confidence in the quality and coordination of the work. They also maintain strong relationships with their suppliers, ensuring reliable materials and timely delivery. This is one of the rare contractors that executes each task on time, with very little time wasted in between stages. Although the team looked young, they clearly brought a wealth of experience and were very up-to-date with new products and ideas. Professional, efficient, and attentive — highly recommended.

We worked with Jake from Majestic for our renovation and he has been nothing but reliable, responsive, and easy to work with. He gives honest advice, never pushes unnecessary work, and always finds practical solutions that fit our needs and budget. Despite our very tight renovation timeline, Jake managed to get everything completed before our move-in date — without compromising on workmanship. This really took a huge stress off our shoulders. Communication with him is fast and clear, and he’s patient with all our questions. Even after handover, he follows up and fixes things promptly. Overall, Jake is someone you can trust with your home. Highly recommend him if you want a smooth and worry-free renovation.

Kelly did a fantastic job guiding us through our renovation with minimal disruption to our daily routine. From helping us select the right materials and accessories to accommodating small changes along the way, she was attentive and responsive throughout. Even our minor feedback was taken seriously, and she made sure everything met our expectations. We have no regrets choosing this agency, only satisfaction and happiness with the final outcome.

We had such a great experience working with Jake on our home renovation. From the start, he was so patient, approachable, and always quick to reply whenever we had questions. Renovations can be stressful, but Jake really made the whole process feel a lot easier and more enjoyable for us. He gave us helpful advice when we were not sure what to decide on, and at the same time he always listened to what we wanted. What we appreciated most was how genuine and reliable he was. If any issues came up, he took care of them quickly and never made us feel like we were bothering him. It felt like he truly cared about making sure we were happy with the final outcome. Now that the renovation is done, we could not be more pleased with how our home turned out. It is exactly what we hoped for, and we are really grateful to Jake and his team for making it possible. Thank you Jake & Majestic :)

Needed to do a simple renovation in the kitchen and paint works for the whole house. It was a very fuss free process for me as Kelly was very helpful and gave very good suggestions, really listening to your needs. She was also able to help me despite the tight timeline, it was really wonderful to work with her! She took the stress of renovation off for me and I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family!

I engaged Majestic Construction again for a mini home renovation, 2 years after they did the first round of renovations for me when i first got my BTO. Overall am very satisfied that they delivered to the same high standards as before, and thankful for Jake’s assistance in suggesting designs that complement very well with my existing furniture. They also handled the reno works very professionally by keeping my existing furniture clean and undamaged. Highly recommended!

I was incredibly lucky to have found Majestic as my renovation contractor. From the very beginning, I didn’t have to shop around or go through the stress that many of my friends experienced with their own "contractors from hell" stories. My first experience with Majestic was during the height of Covid, when they renovated my home. Despite the challenging circumstances, they did an amazing job. The boss, Rui Qing, was hands-on and extremely responsive throughout the process, which gave me a great sense of reassurance. More recently, I engaged them again for my office renovation, and once again, they delivered beyond expectations. Everyone who visits my office has nothing but good things to say about the finishing and workmanship. It’s clear that they take pride in the quality of their work. Majestic will be the only contractor I use for all my future renovation projects. Their reliability, good workmanship, and reasonable pricing make them a rare gem in the industry. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor who can truly give you peace of mind.

We are absolutely pleased with the work done by Jake from Majestic Construction on our home renovation! From the very beginning, he took the time to truly understand our vision and turned it into reality. His attention to detail and creativity in executing the design was nothing short of impressive. When things didn’t align with our expectations, he was quick to make adjustments without hesitation, always ensuring the final result was exactly what I wanted. The quality of his workmanship is great, and we’re so in love with how the house looks like now. What really stands out about Jake is how he went above and beyond. He didn’t just stick to the renovation plans—he offered invaluable advice on things outside the scope, like measurements for furniture and layout recommendations, which were so thoughtful and truly helpful. Throughout the entire process, he was always accessible, responsive, and professional. He kept us updated every step of the way, answered our queries promptly, and made sure we were comfortable with every decision. Even after the renovation was complete, his after-service support has been excellent. Jake is a gem —honest, reliable, and truly passionate about delivering top-notch work. We are so grateful for his hard work and dedication and would highly recommend him. We love our new home, and it’s all thanks to him!
