Specially thanks to Mr Sunny Lee as our ID. We are so grateful for all of the hard work done by Mr Sunny. He was a professional , knowledgeable,patience and fair with his pricing. He explained every detail of the process and were very responsive. His detail was outstanding and really worked hard to make this a good experience for us. It's a good journey and experience with Mr Sunny . Never regret to have him around helping us till end of completion.

I would like to compliment Sunny Lee, my home stylist from My Reno Diary. He was recommended by my neigbour and it was great to have him as he is very flexible in the quotation compared to other reno companies which I have approached before meeting sunny..he is always very patient in listening to my ideas and responsible throughout my house reno...can see that he is well planned and knows the work flow clearly.. amid the covid situation, he is able to coordinate the work well without the owner getting worried and will help resolve minor issues efficiently. I will highly recommend owners who need to do renovation with reasonable cost, good service and workmanship to look for him as he is indeed trustworthy and sincere. You will agree with me when you meet him in person!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Willy on my home renovation project, and I cannot praise their work enough. From the initial consultation to the final reveal, Willy demonstrated exceptional skill, creativity, and professionalism. One of the most impressive aspects of Willy work is their ability to understand and bring to life my vision. They took the time to listen to my ideas and preferences, and then used their expertise to create a design that exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was remarkable, and every element of the design was carefully considered and flawlessly executed. Thank you Willy, for transforming my home into a space that I love!

Got to know ID Lex from “My Reno Diary” through a friend (his house was also renovated by him). Prior to meeting Lex, I already met and discussed with 3 other IDs from other companies, in the end, we still go with Lex because he is very sincere and make us feel comfortable working with him. During the design stage, we are very impressed with his ideas and the 3D Mock-up he came up with! I just have to make some changes on the colours and little tweaks to the position of stuff. I am worried at the start, because I have a very tight timeline of 1 month, as I am rushing to finish the renovation before CNY. But Lex assure me confidently that he will help me to finish it on time and even came up with a tight schedule. After looking at the schedule, I still have my doubts as it is really quite tight. To my surprise, Lex really put in a lot of effort to follow up closely and making sure that everything runs smoothly and according to the schedule (We do have some small hiccups along the way, but he always quickly resolves it without fail). I must also say that Lex provided me with great after-sales support, because even when my house reno is done and full payment is made; whenever I have a problem, I just have to inform him and he will try his very best to help me. Would like to thank him for the awesome designs and services he provided, and I will always recommend him to my families and friends who need their house renovated.

MyReno Pte Ltd. The person Lowe and Koh Yen Ling is terrible. Missed multiple deadlines. Poor quality. Incommunicato. Subcontractors complaint about them over the phone for throwing them problem with neighbours. They are heard telling staff to insist drilling despite police and neighbour stop order. Penalised by HDB. Overpromise to take on business, and then underdeliver. There was repeated police report and HDB penalty on them.

Since the beginning after signing the contract with the ID firm. The ID keep either lie to us or never follow up and keep us updated. So far I need to keep remind the ID on everything and check with the ID on updates. Many things we have indicated clearly in the early stage of the renovation (planning stage) but the ID didn't keep his/her promise to update and follow up whenever it is required until we check or remind his/her.

I have engaged this company to do up my new house. The process was terrible as I am the one constantly reminding the ID and asking what is the next step. The quality of the workmanship is also bad, not value for money. The overall workmanship quality and project management standards are disappointing. I strongly encourage homeowners to avoid this company and tell your friends and family not to engage them.

I am very disappointed with the company My reno diary, the iD I engage is a blur king. When he make so many so much mistake he always argue that other house id do this, so they just follow for my house. The mortar base is bigger than my fridge and washer , he can argue thats the usual size 90x90cm for the market, and can cater for future use when I change my fridge to bigger fridge and washer! Call the company to talk tp the boss , but it is always block by the staff.

This reno dairy...if u have high blood pressure better dont engage them. Test ur patience. Home owners who dont know anything abt quality...they will just anyhow try to bluff their way. Simply no sense of space planning. Gave them a chance to go into e hse n take proper measurement also dun even know there r space constraints. I need to ne on site to measure myself.. using them is almost like might as well i design n u just do.

Our home renovation was an absolute nightmare characterized by a disastrous 6-month completion delay, severe incompetence, and a complete lack of accountability from our Interior Designer (ID). Here are the critical issues we encountered: • Severe Project Management Failures: The completion was delayed by more than 6 months, causing us immense emotional distress, wasted time, and significant extra expenses since we could not move back into our home on time. • Property Damage: Due to practically inadequate floor and furniture protection, they caused serious damage to our existing flooring and door. • Kitchen Carpentry Blunders: The ID severely miscommunicated dimensions to the carpenter. Because of this error, our new kitchen sink could not fit into the countertop, forcing us to buy a smaller replacement sink that does not meet our needs. To make matters worse, due to terrible workmanship, two kitchen cabinet doors completely fell off after just 2 weeks of use. • Defective Wardrobe Workmanship: The master bedroom wardrobe was built with completely wrong dimensions, leaving us with impractical storage sizes. They also left 24 wrongly drilled holes on the side panels meant for shelf support pins. • Plumbing Issues & Poor Rectification: The toilet sink's bottle trap started leaking just 2 weeks after installation. Even after their plumber came to rectify it, it began leaking again just one week later. Furthermore, the water pipes were wrongly positioned in the master toilet, forcing them to re-drill through the walls. This list is non-exhaustive, and I have photographic evidence for every single issue mentioned. I am sharing this review so that other homeowners can make informed decisions and avoid the challenges I had to go through.
