My husband and I would like to thanks NID Design group, ID Kevin / Sam for design a beautiful house for us. He is responsible, honest and excellent service. Great Job thank you. There’s no hard sell to add on extra renovation work in order to get more $$$. Instead, he advised us which part we can save the money since the existing condition is still good. As a professional ID, he never failed to provide honest advice on the designs and considers from our point of view to match with how we “want” it to be and the cost. Throughout the duration of the project, Kevin not only very responsive and on-the-ball, he also was extremely helpful with any questions and last-minute changes we had. He also helped to push through the project within an incredibly short period of time, which was doubly amazing because the renovation period was during that short 6 weeks during Covid-19 for the whole house of renovation, yet the quality of the work everything comes out PERFECT as per our dream house. We are very satisfied with the workmanship. Their price is reasonable, we highly recommended NID Design Group.

We chose Nid Design because we felt good chemistry with Aellex, our ID. We also felt he understood our vision and our needs and he was able to advise pros and cons. We also felt he did not cut corners and also felt assured that quality would not be compromised. Renovation was smooth and Aellex finished the project on time. Defects were also rectified soon after and we are delighted with the end result.

We were lucky to have Aellex as our ID. He was responsive and forthcoming with solutions every step of the way. Aellex gave us a range of price points and completed the project within budget and deadline. His contractors for carpentry and masonry were professional and very experienced, and several friends have complemented the work done. He was also able to direct us to contacts for fittings. We would recommend him highly for renovation works.

There are many IDs in the market and I must say at the end of the day, the impression of the customer towards the company is very much dependent on your Interior Designer representing you. For one, my wife and I had the joy of trusting our designer so much than our own, and that I strongly recommend. With NID group, it is by fate that we had Randall Tan as our designer. To be honest, during the phase of company selection, my impression of him was not positive when he sounded to be very direct over the phone. But I did not regret after talking to him face to face. From the point from design concept to implementation, he is very forthcoming in his activity and very honest about the pricing of each aspect. That is transparency. Next, during the phase of purchases, he will honestly feed back, as if it is for his own home, whether is it worth while purchasing high end stuff or not, unless you insist. That is practicality. Third, we must recognize that there is no such thing as perfect project. All projects bound to have minor hiccups here and there, and before the start, he did not promise everything will be 100% on schedule but he assured that he will get them fix and he did. That is realism. Fourth, he can be more “niao” or more particular, regarding the job done than we think. Things that we thought are good enough, and he thought not good enough, he will get his contractors to fine tune to as perfectly as possible. If things are not right, he will get it fixed, no questions asked. That is commitment with integrity. Fifth, his relationship with you does not end after the project is complete, rather the beginning of a long term friendship. Even I got him to look into my mom’s place for minor renovation. He has placed his commitment to support you for the long term. I believe it is testified by many of his customers. That is passion with a heart. In summary, you have to give credit to the company in having designers like Randall Tan, and most importantly, he is someone I would highly recommend and someone my wife and I put very high trust in him. Too good to be true?? experience with them yourself, coz this is it, this is true! From 10 IDs we narrow down to final 2.. Afew other hesitate to take up our project as we stick strictly to our criteria..and we demand with a budget.. Another reason is, might be due to the nearing of CNY period! We were worried too. But thanks to NID. Besides ensuring we will move in on time, Ailen's service is over our expectation...... cannot ask for more.. These are the basic and important criteria we ask for : Open concept - with wet & dry kitchen. Full length cabinet fish tank. $$ budget Timeline The assurance we got from Ailen always makes us at ease. Any issuest was rectified immediately! Updates/progress is updated daily thru our watsapp group. Our ideas are taken into consideration, along with his professional view and suggestion. Ailen is very patience and sincere in answering our queries. His profesionalism was shown throughout the project, since day 1. NID assured us we will achieve what have been planned. Its proven, and now im a very happy and satisfied owner. We felt so comfortable liaising with him.. will recommend NID especially our ID Ailen, to families & friends. Excited to know what Sam and his team can offer. Good recommend from his design team. Reason why I chose NID design coz i know sam for years. But doesn't mean using friendship or whatnot. Is just that I trust him and his team. Just straight to business for renovation. Straight call him/ msg for advice and help and find time to meet him. Went down to his shop with my family and talk about renovation / budget / theme/ design. Went through what he offered/ design. Overall: Negotiable; Flexible

This is the second time I've engaged NID Design, this time is not for my own flat, but for my parents' BTO in Buangkok. Randall is an attentive, reliable and dependable ID / Project Manager. He ensures the design consideration are incorporated. He considers the small details that sometimes we ourselves do not see. The renovation work was carried out smoothly and on time. My parents' are happy with the work and complimented on the workmanship and reasonable pricing.

Many thanks to Aellex Yeo. He has designed my flat into my dream home. His pricing is reasonable and you get what you paid for. He will give his honest recommendations and get the best deals for the project he was engaged. His service is prompt and he will get the problems rectify ASAP even the job has been completed. I have no regret hiring him as my ID. My neighbors pop by and all have commented my flat is very nicely designed and the workmanship of the carpentry is excellent. I highly recommend Aellex Yeo as your ID and you will never regret his services after the job done.

We would like to extend our thanks to Aellex Yeo from NID for making our home a beautiful place. We moved into our new house and enjoyed it so much that very often we prefer to stay at home. We had a very short time to do a major renovation including major carpentry works, false ceiling, re-do the entire house electricity, large living room marble gum flooring, parquet flooring... All these needed to be done within 2 and 1/2 weeks and right after Chinese New Year. Other contractors turned us down due to timing but Aellex Yeo took up the challenge and worked through it. Every day I saw him getting himself extremely busy managing my project along with his other projects, often working till very late at night to discuss with us our progress to accommodate my schedule. Sometimes I felt bad to ping him in the evening but he was so cool about it. I had thought we would need a lot of touch up because everyone was rushing for their tasks. But surprisingly we had very little defects, perhaps a few paintings touch up. The carpentry works were awesome, so as the rest. The flooring is stunning, everyone who visited our house said so. Thanks Aellex for all the hard works and dedication. Your team are very good too. I saw everyone working diligently and had very good manners. I had no complaints from the neighbors at all. Thanks for making our house beautiful. The pictures can’t tell it all.
