Mr Hong Sheng was very helpful from the start, he listened well to our requests and would come in to counter propose if he thinks there’s a better idea/solution. But most of the time he respected our wishes well. He even brought us to see the materials for his other projects for us to decide. My wife and i had a very good experience with him and would recommend others to get his services. Great job Hong Sheng and Outline Design!
Yes the proposed design is both aesthetic and practical. He showed great creativity and skill with his proposal.
Yes the construction was delivered with detail. We dont have any major issues with the workmanship that was done.
Yes designer showed great level of service from day one till post handover. We didnt experience any bad exchanges with him.
Yes it’s a good value for money. We shared our budget from the start and what was delivered was to our liking and fit our budget.
