I am happy with Patrick’s design team. Simon is such a patience ID. I have source around for a renovation Cost my target is just to do my wardrobe but I am also looking for a quotation for kitchen & 2 toilet package. After i met Patrick design with ID Simon he quote us at a resonable price and we give it a go!!! I am happy with his work and his team. He provide us regular updates when the work is done. I love my kitchen and my toilet now I feel like as if I am at a 5 star hotel. Keep it up the good work!!!! All the workers are awesome too! I will recommend Patrick’s Design to my friends and family.

Was really happy for the turn out after renovation... Consult quite a number of Interior firm but none can meet my request but Patrick knows what’s our needs n requirement after discussion. Though there’s some mistake n difficulty made coz my toilet was small but he given us choices n ideas to implement it... A young chap who is hardworking n fast in responding in problems n works... We engaged Patrick Dezign to renovate our old terrace. We engaged them because their design met our requirements of a house with clean and bright space. Furthermore they really able to meet our tight budget despite renovating an inter terrace. The reno lasted from Sep to end Nov 2020 during the covid period..Despite this, the project proceeded smoothly. Most of the times, both Patrick and his assigned staff Jasper communicated with my wife and I over some specs which require some changes. At the end of the project we were very happy with the final product. What's more, it was done within our tight budget. Kudos to Patrick and Jasper for their commitment and passion shown.

Well i haf alot to say..but first of all thank you so so much for doing a wonderful job on the reno at my parents house..my family and i are very satisfied with the outcome. I really appreciate everything that you have done. Thank you so much for ur time as well..even when ur bz u wld still reply to msges and whatever queries that i haf..whatever worries that we had, u tried ur best to help and sort things out..and even if there were glitches here n there, we communicated and it got sorted out Thank you also to ur team members who were working behind the scenes which i don't get to see them as often as i see you..along the way of this whole reno, i apologise if i was complaining here n there ? or maybe demanding this and that..finally every single thing is done and completed and everyone is happy and satisfied! Thank you once again for everything! ?????? Last but not least.. Overall, my mum's house looked very modern, fresh & vibrant. Such a huge difference from previously. Definitely satisfied!

Has trying to compare 5 Interior firm for ideas, price and service... Manage to meet up with Patrick... He give us a lot of ideas, materials and pricing for us to choose... We decided to engage him Becos he is friendly, outgoing and trustable with ideas. He has manage to meet our fengshui needs, manage to coordinate things n update us every moment of things done while we r busy with our work... He is fast in responding and settle issues very fast with his works... Worth it do look for him for a reasonable price with amazing ideas...

Was really happy to engage Haizad for the Reno... Have been patient and has been updating us our work... Although that’s some minor miscommunication and some delay but they finish our Reno with what we want and everything was perfectly done up... Would recommend my family and frens for their Reno in near future... A lot of ideas was given n design to suit our small n cozy place too... Good luck and all e best in future...

Was really stress out thinking n looking out for design n space planning for my house. But I’m pleased Haizad & Patrick spend time assisting us giving us ideas with affordable price range n ideas.... Things was not smooth when Reno but they manage to overcome n settle it promptly... Overall result was marvellous, our kids n us love it... Will introduce more customer to them in near future for renovation...

Typical Reno horror story, before deposit response was fast. Things took a downturn after payment was made. Red flag 1: No show 1)During choosing of tiles for my bathroom, I confirmed with them the time a few times and got confirmation from them. I took a cab just to made in on time for the appointment but after waiting for twenty minutes my ID was nowhere to be found. I messaged them and called them but could not reach them. After forty minutes of waiting, finally the owner replied and asked me to go in and choose on my own which i refused. 2)Always uncontactable and no reply when I message them. The only except being collection of payment time. Red flag 2: Unprofessional 1) They lost my contact and asked me to resign a new contact. 2) Did not follow what was stated in contact. - contact includes 3d design drawing- did not receive - consultant and project management- did not do well. - request 95% payment when lesson than 50% of the work done. 2) I discovered twice that my Id was scolding me using vulgar language at my place. Red Flag 3: Untrained / No knowledge of Reno things 1) ID did not know what can be done and what cannot be done. When I asked everything he also say can be done. A case of overpromised and underdeliver. 2) Did not know the progress of the project. When I asked if the water heater is working, ID just answered yes without checking even though the wires are obviously not connected. 3) Even the owner(Patrick) agreed that the team sent to me is not familiar with HDB or well trained. Red flag 4: Quality and workmanship/Unethical 1) Painting - I was shown the Nippon paint catalogue and was lead to believe that they would be using Nippon paint. Throughout the whole painting, i don't see a single Nippon paint container. ID gave the excuse that the painter pour into another container. -lousy paint work done with many ends and joint parts of the house. After the painting done, i went in to check and discovered to my horror that some parts of the house was not painted at all. Red Flag 5: Irresponsible -Tiler left the tile on my TV console and made a scratch but ID refused to rectify it and suggested that i pay for it and they would give me the repair at cost price. -painter lost my aircon controller, ID said would replace but he never did. In summary, the team assigned to me from Patrick's interior design is - Overpromised and underdeliver - Unprofessional - Unethical Verdict: I will not recommend them.

the sales director patrick has attitude problem and threaten to hit me after rejecting his proposal. His design and price is crazy. he also threaten to ask people to find me at my new place in future. i hope people be more careful of this firm. He drives a blue merc and always meet me with alcohol smell and gangster attitude. Despite saying that he got 10yrs more experience, but unable to explain the material of different tiles and vinyl!

Reviewing a recent project by Patrick's Interior Dezign. Deposit was taken but no work was not done for more than a few months. I suspect that the firm is not in operation anymore. Calls and text for attempts to contact have also been unresponsive. Potential customers or owners in discussions with them are recommended to beware.
