I have engaged RNCS twice for my landed and for my HDB. I have also recommended them to my relatives. I fully trust their workmanship and design. Thomson is not only an order taker but more like a reno adviser as well. He provides his insights and ideas when we are in doubt. Has the two qualities which a contractor should have and that is responsibility and responsiveness. Fully trustworthy. Would definitely recommend.

Got referred by a friend on this one stop renovation company. Thomson is very meticulous and highly proficient in his technical knowledge, as I have met 6 other designers but they are somehow not clear with what they are doing, especially in carpentry. Together with his team, we had a wonderful experience in their professional work and we will highly recommend Thomson. He also has one of the best carpenters available in the market. Thomson, my ID / contractor for the renovation of my new home, converted an empty new BTO house to a dream nest for me and my wife. The whole house kick off renovation in the month of early June and Thomson managed to hand over the house by the end of July, which was slightly before the expected. I'm satisfied and definitely recommend to my friends!!!

If there is a 0 star option, I will definitely click on the 0 star option without hesitation. I had a horrible nightmare with Rows and Columns and the contractor is named Jason Liu Jun Hui. Frankly speaking, Im find it baffling to see such positive reviews about this company on this page. SERVICE - 0 STAR He is extremely irresponsible and incompetent, delaying our renovation and making empty promises for umpteenth times. He does not keep to the deadline and dismisses us by telling us that he will complete a particular job by next week. This isn’t even a deadline we came up with, but he himself recommended that he will complete within such a date. At the starting has of the reno project, he still responds to our text messages but later on, he completely IGNORED US. He did not reply to our WhatsApp messages and I called him several times and he did not pick up AT ALL. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! QUALITY OF WORK - slip shod, a lot of loose ends not tied up. Of course Jason himself is not the one who does the renovation but he does not check on his workers or the end product AT ALL. Did a horrible job with plumbing. I moved into my new place only for a month and two of my sinks already started leaking. I shudder to think of what will happen in time to come. Paint job - HORRIBLY DONE. Also, the workers did not lay protection when painting and the dried up paint were all over my floor which I had to clean myself. I also had to touch up the bad wall paint job ON MY OWN subsequently. He did a David Copperfield towards the end and he did not do a handover as well. He did not even text us and say that the job is complete. Towards the end of our reno project, we had to liaise with the workers ourselves. I can open up an interior designer firm after this experience since I had to deal with the workers myself at so many separate occasions. The only positive thing is the prices Jason offered were relatively cheaper than other companies but in retrospect, I completely understand why he offers such a low price. If I were to do this all over again, I DEFINITELY WILL NOT ENGAGE JASON. I rather pay more and engage someone else. COMPLETE RENO NIGHTMARE IT IS.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! We spend the money and get such a rude and unprofessional designer? Will never believe in this company and this designer. Mr thomson/the person-in-charge, please you should really review and correct your attitude before continue in your work.We behave politely to you doesn't mean we can always forgive your bad behaviours. Never reply, never put much efforts when he promised something to us. He scolded us because we never use those distributor who are recommended by him.The project turn out to be the floor is not flat in some areas.Many up and down curves on the floor. Please respect each other and service your customer with correct attitude! Most importantly, please learn to be polite. Thank you.

Unprofessional, delayed or sometimes don't even respond to you. Have to chase him like crazy. Not able to meet time line given. Find ways to cover himself. Cannot provide a proper quote, due to GST registered company. I think this is bullshit. No proper quote, have alot of hidden charges. Late for meet up to discuss about our reno. Please don't engaged him for your home reno. He is so unprofessional! I am wondering is he in need of money? Install cabinet and towel racks $80 for one toilet??? Promised us on a price after that he said the price he gave was supplier price he wanna adjust cos he didn't make profit but hubby said no to him.
