Great job by SpaceArt Renovation. We had two bathrooms redone by SpaceArt Renovation, and we could not have been happier! The works involved moving walls, electrical works and plumbing. All of the works went without a hitch. They were very professional and did everything they contracted to do ON TIME! Their communication was consistent and very helpful. Their workers were all very courteous and skilled, and all of them tried hard to be as clean as possible with their work. We would recommend this fine company for any job, any time!

I renovated my BTO 4-room flat last year with them. They are very patient and customer oriented. And their after reno service is also very good. Most important is within our budget, they gave us our dream house with very high quality ; -) We have spend a lot of time to search ID firms and go through every ID we attached, explaining to every ID and telling them what we need & getting quotes with them. The service of SpaceArt is the most satisfying. Their quotation is quite clear, every item & price. The designer is very friendly and patient to explain every item he quoted inside the quotation. He also showed us the materials he quoted inside the quotation. Once we confirmed the contract with them. Within 3 days, we received the work schedule and our 3d drawing. We amended for the drawing until we think the drawing is perfect for us. After work starting, We are like carefree. They updated us the progressing of renovation work often, tiling works, ceiling works, carpentry works all have been done up perfectly. Very satisfied with their work!

Before renovation, my husband and me have spend a lot of time to search ID firms, to see their past projects and their reviews. And at last we chose 3 id firms, * id, E&A id and SpaceArt Group. We went through each of them, explaining to them what we need and getting quotes with them. The service of SpaceArt is the most satisfying. We can find the detailed price list on their website directly before getting our quotes. (Really like this point and very helpful!!!) So maybe that's why we chose them finally although their price is not the lowest. The designer we contacted is very friendly and patient to explain every item he quoted inside the quotation. He also showed us the materials he quoted inside the quotation.
