Supreme Houzz Design Pte Ltd

I recently completed my home renovation and overall, it was quite a journey. Alson, our Interior Design, was responsive during the initial consultation and took time to understand my requirements, which I appreciated. The design phase was smooth, and he was able to propose practical ideas that suited both my budget and lifestyle. Throughout the renovation process, communication was generally consistent, although there were occasional delays in updates which could have been improved. In terms of workmanship, most of the finishes were done well, especially the carpentry and tiling. However, there were a few minor defects that needed touch-ups after completion. To their credit, his team did follow up and rectified these issues within a reasonable timeframe. The project timeline was slightly extended beyond the original schedule, but this was communicated along the way. Pricing was fairly transparent, with no major hidden costs, which gave me peace of mind. Overall, I am satisfied with the outcome of my renovation. While there are areas for improvement, the final result met my expectations and created a comfortable living space for my family.

I am happy and satisfied with the outcome. Communication and coordination is very important and my ID Han did well. He gets to understand customer needs and wants before entering into discussion and always respect the first choice of mine and also giving advice and ideas. So as first time BTO takers like me, I have more options to choose on. The house was washed and cleaned thoroughly. After the renovation, the hiccups was clear and settled efficiently too. Overall, I am truly satisfied with Han that we do not have to run down so many times and we trust his works and capability.

We are very satisfied and grateful with our interior designer Jack Quah. We are blessed to have Jack Quah as our assigned ID from Supreme Houzz. Jack has all the top qualities that an experienced and responsible ID should have for renovation. Since Day 1, Jack Quah was really great to work with and we can feel the comfort working with him. He is very friendly, responsive and helpful through the journey of our renovation. The design and colour suggestion is definitely to our likings. I can proudly say that no ID will supervise the site as often as Jack and he make sure that everything run smoothly. Jack make sure that every single day there are works carried out without having an empty day wasted and this expedite the whole renovation process. As my renovation is a full unit makeover with technically whole house full of carpentry, the timeline we give Jack was 10 weeks. However, due to his experience and excellent work arrangement schedule, he managed to surprise us within 7 weeks completion without affecting the workmanship and qualities of the materials. Jack was really very particular about any defect and workmanship and he will rectify with his contractor immediately without being told by us. Usually there might be some minor hiccups in renovation, however with Jack Quah as our ID, everything is smooth and there is totally no issues and he update the status of works every single days to us. A humble, friendly, helpful and detailed person as your ID will make all homeowners to have a piece of mind while renovation is being carried on. Jack Quah provides excellent services and his tip-top personal attitude will make everyone feel comfortable with him. I will highly recommend only Jack Quah from Supreme Houzz to anyone who is planning to do renovation. Our 3rd renovation and the best experiences ever. Thank you Jack and the blessings to our unit and we know that you will strive well in this industry. ???
