Delson is a very experienced and patience ID, with very little and simple description, he is able to fully understand what we wants. He explain all process clearly and professionally. I am surprise by his professionalism after i told my friend what he did.. he visit my home frequently and update us by showing us photo on the progress of our house.. whenever my outside contractor like gaincity, courts or curtain delivery he volunteer to be there to ensure everything is right and according to plan.. I am a happy customer and collected my house in 3 weeks time(1week earloer than deadline) without scarifising any workmanship.. most importantly he gave the best quotation after i compare with 3 different company. =) Thank you Tan Studio Pte Ltd.

We met up with Delson from Tan Studio after seeing one of my friend’s postings of his home renovation on Facebook. Looking through his interior design portfolios, we are confident that he will do a great job for us. We consulted 6 different interior designer firms and despite Tan Studio not being the cheapest, we still choose them based on their good workmanship, quality, cost and most importantly, Delson's passion towards his work. The most impressive thing about working with Delson was that it he became our one-stop solution for all our renovation requirements. He handled everything on our behalf including liaising with our own subcontractors and curtain supplier while we were away in Taiwan for 2 weeks. The only hiccup was that his outsourced electrician miscalculated the number of switches that we needed to buy. Delson was very responsible and took the initiative and bought the extra switches for us. His after-sales service is great, as he helped us rectify problems without charging us a single cent, despite that it has been 9 months since the handover of the house to us.

I am sceptical that all the reviews found on qanvast site are genuine. My experience with this “designer” is that there is not much useful design ideas, and the “designer” is really just a scheduler who sub-contracts out all the work and then does scheduling for all the sub-contractors. That would be fine with the scheduling is done properly but unfortunately, it’s not. Along the way, surprises kept popping up to tell us what was quoted to us in our contract is not feasible and we need to pay more to get what we had wanted and signed for, resulting in higher costs and delays. There is also very little quality review by the designer and even glaring ommissions were not spotted and we had to do our owner very detailed checking to spot the omitted work or sloppy workmanship, further causing delays. The attitude of the designer is also bad and it makes us feel we have to beg for the errors to be rectified. if this is a genuine web site then please make sure you get genuine feedbacks and not mislead consumers. I will certainly not recommend this designer unless you have lots of time on hand to monitor the work every step along the way
