“Value for money but poor workmanship ”
Carpentry works - Uses quality products from hinges to wood type and laminates. Painting works - Not professionally done able to see color contrast and some unpainted areas, paints drips all over the house. Electrical works - Trash, terribly done from trunking works, to fan and lightnings. Plumbing works - Not professionally done but uses quality materials. Masonry works - Acceptably done. Window Grills - Acceptably done
Design
Good ideas from the carpentry guy Ah Peng.
Workmanship
Workmanship is very poor. Have to ask and redo most of the electrical works.
Customer Service
Ok and acceptable.
Value for Money
Yes good for money comes with poor workmanship.
