We engaged Ryan for the renovation of our new house. Ryan listened to our ideas and input his own creativity into it. He's always thinking of ways to ensure that we save on cost but at the same time not compromising on our design ideas. Fuss-free and sincere in helping us out building our dream home. Even after 6 months of completion for our house, and one of our wardrobe hinges and downlights was not functioning, he came down personally to fix it w/o any charges as he provides warranty coverage. That's a big thumbs up for him! A big thank you for helping us out through our reno journey. A very reliable and sincere ID that we are glad to have engaged!

Shortlisted a few firms before we engaged and entrusted Ezekiel Xu considering all its good reviews. No doubt all initial discussion appointments with him were smooth sailing with ready mood board designs, eye for details practical ideas and planned renovation works schedule. Start of renovation process - while we understood that an ID has a rather packed schedule, it was expected by us to not receive immediate response at times. However, we did not expect to be left fishing for a respond for consecutive weeks instead. Despite some arising issues during mid renovation stage, we trusted that Ezekiel could still continue with his contractors coordination and managed on-site supervision after his assurance. Unexpectedly, there was a need to make repeated site visits to check and pointed out apparent defects which were obviously visible. In a way, we perceived that an ID was experienced and could personally settled any unacceptable defects with their contractors first round each time a new job has been completed. Our main concern became reality when we raised the defects - they were not fully rectified, but we were being informed it had all been settled. Going forward, hiccups & glitches were inevitable in any renovation. However, basic workmanship standards had to be in place since we already requested right from beginning there was no need to rush through this entire renovation process. Through this personal experience, the fact that we were being misled since early communication stage on the scope of works and services Third Paragraph will rendered. Nevertheless, whilst we were not expecting 100% perfection, but rather a rational and more responsible approach in handling most of the problems which he had already overlooked.
