“Great experience from start to finish”
We are first time home buyer with no experience in designing or renovating. Troy Design made our renovation experience very smooth. We got the dream home that we envision, and most importantly, within the budget. Suhaimy and Sheik are experienced designers who knows their trade. They were very patient when we met to discuss our renovation plans. They listened to our ideas and worked within our budget when designing. Gave us lots of advices on what will be practical. During the renovation, we were updated of the progress regularly, with photos and calls. Any issues that we faced were dealt with professionally and promptly. The quality of works were top notched. Although the renovation was during the COVID period, Troy Design managed the works and resources well to ensure that the renovation was completed in time. We moved in to our unit highly satisfied. We highly recommend their services. They kept true to their promises. Even after the renovation, they will follow up with any rectifications that we happen to find (fans were making sounds, rectified after renovation). We truly enjoyed our renovation experience.
The end product are similar to the proposed plans. Our ideas were improved on to make the design more practical.
Troy Design were meticulous about the quality of work.
Any worries that we faced were promptly and professionally advised
Worked within our budget. We got more than what we expected.
