this is our first home which we wanted to make it like a dream house. Fortunately, we met Pen from Vivire. Pen is very professional, the draft out the initial design by hand when we first met which totally accordingly to my wife expectation. We did met up with different ID but none of them able to deliver the design like Pen. decided to go with Vivre after 2 weeks of research. Before signing the contract, i am very concern over workmanship. As an engineer, i personally looking for quality over design. a good design without quality means nothing to me. Again, Vivre had proof me wrong. i went down to our house during renovation period 3 times a week. what surprise me was the worker know exactly what they are doing. they also seems to know that i have a concern over quality so whenever they put up some internal wall, wiring, conceal.. they took a picture of it and show it to me when come over. i stopped visit the house after the forth week as i know i can trust their work.

Very experienced designer with great 3D rendering skills as you can see from the 3D vs the actual work. It's like 90% similar! During the planning process, the realistic looking 3D made it very easy for us to visualise the outcome and to me, this is perhaps the most important aspect of engaging an ID. There are too many so called IDs out that who are merely salespeople for carpentry work, can't really design and their work looks like copy and paste from a template. Vivre Creative Design made me feel that I had spent my money well. Not only did I get quality workmanship. The design I got was very different from a few other IDs I tried to engage before I found them.

Pen is a very meticulous, attentive and Creative person when comes to designing. He ensures that everything goes well before and even after it was done up. On top of that, Pen only uses the best quality hence we are assured that all the materials are going to last for the long term. Both my husband and I are very pleased and satisfied with the end result and many of our friends and families that came over have been singing praises of our home. There were also follow up calls and checking on how is everything. We were recommended 8 ID firms to me and ID Pen from Vivre Creative Design outshines all the others with his design. My son wanted a hotel room with open concept bathroom that comes with a dramatic, deliciously dark hues and warm lighting bedecked with his vibrant collection of model cars and evokes a sense of polished cosiness. I wanted a simple neat and spacious kitchen as for the common bathroom it got to be bright, easy accessible with settee and handbars for my hubby. I must say my son is a perfectionist and ID Pen was very patient and compromise with all his disagreement and tried his best to resolved to all the issues raised. Our designer Pen Teoh displayed passion and enthusiasm in his work and nv fails to deliver. He is creative and ensure that all concept and ideas are properly planned out with draft scratch drawings and 3d plans. He is honest and is able to deliver well within the proposed budget. We do not have to fork out any additional dollar from our initial proposal. He is committed and nv rejects to any late night discussion, sitting thru with us to ensure we get what we want. Pen Teoh is definitely my go-to Interior Designer and I am not sugar coating my statement. In fact, I have engaged him for interior design & renovation works for the past 3 times (My previous and current home as well as my parents' house). Pen is very capable in his conceptual design, able to capture our renovation requirements accurately and helped proposed practical and aesthetically appealing material and design. I can say his design and ideas are easily among the cream of the crop of Interior Designers out there in the market. I can say my wife and I are somewhat perfectionist and we are amazed that Pen is very patient, responsible and professional in handling from start to end for the whole renovation process as we can be quite demanding at times on fine details. Of course no one and no renovation is always perfect, however he is able to resolve any issues and rectify along the way. That is very responsible of him in his work. We spoke to 6 IDs and are very glad we eventually went with Vivre Creative Design for our newly built humble 2 bedder + study condo. On our first meeting even before we decided to engage them, the ID was happy to share many creative ideas on how to work with the lack of space in our house. We were impressed with the laundry and dining area suggestions he gave, which none of the previous IDs we spoke to had thought of. As our condo is newly built and all the initial design was made based merely on the floor plan of the unit, we didn’t know what to expect. Upon the collection of the key to our house, the ID came to our house with us and we realized the foyer of the house was wider than we imagined. We checked with him if we could make good use of it. We were impressed that on the spot he came up with a wonderful design to create a nice area by the foyer which we really love. The end result of the house was true to the 3D images that were presented to us. The carpentry workmanship was exceptional and there was hardly any amendments needed, which we are very pleased with. We had to move in before the entire renovation has completed but the ID was happy to help. We managed to move in successfully to a clean house with only some minor works to sort out. We highly recommend Vivre Creative Design based on our wonderful experience with them.
