My husband and I only had a very vague idea on what we wanted our house to be like. However, Keith was very patient to guide us through the whole process of renovating our new home. He gave us many great advice and I’ve gained many new knowledge throughout as well. We did not have to worry or fret during the whole renovation process as Keith took care of everything for us very well. I loved it the most when he took us to shop for furnitures, lights etc, and explained the different products to us. He managed to capture our personality in our new house: simple, warm and cosy. Exactly just what we wanted. Thank you keith!

Didn’t even make it to the 1st meeting. Even in our whatsapp texts i was constantly left hanging, but thought I would try and make at least an initial consult as a friend had recommended wood works. We eventually did manage to arrange a date and time for an online meetup. I gave some options and the designer picked the date and time. At the arranged time the designer was online on WhatsApp but ignored my text asking if there was a meeting link. My subsequent enquiry about whether the meeting was postponed was ignored as well. I had postponed another appointment to fit this zoom meeting in only to be suddenly ghosted, and without notice even when I had enquired if the meeting was still on. Not sure if this is such a highly-coveted firm to work with that they are able to have such irresponsible / untrustworthy behaviour. Guess it was a blessing that I didn’t work with them in the end in case they run off halfway through the project like what they’ve shown the potential to do now
