Xin Concept Pte Ltd

We are very happy to engaged Kelvin Seow from Xin Concept to design our first new home! He is an experience designer and has his own personality and totally different with other designer we have met. “Do it because client request” never happen during our discussion because he will advice based on his view. During the renovation, he really follow up everything include some others which not under his care. He also very particular all the details and workmanship. After sales service from him was brilliant!! He will make sure come back to us whenever we contact him for some information or small defect after we shift in. Overall, we pay a little bit more compared to other designer but we are really happy and satisfied with them! No regret...

Sally of Xin Concept is a great interior designer to work with when it comes to home renovation. Its our 3rd time appointing Xin Concept for our renovation in the last 7 years. Sally is always willing to listen to homeowner's ideas and will create designs around them. She pays attention to small details. Designs are modern and tasteful too. We will definitely consider Xin Concept whenever we need to renovate our home.

We are delighted by the service provided Xin Concept. Kelvin is attentive, responsive and responsible. With him around, we really had a peace of mind throughout the whole renovation process. He is always there to answer and advise us on any question that we have on the renovation. He is proactive in understanding our needs and likings and proposed design that met our requirement. The end product is beautiful, practical and of quality. We love it. The workmanship is impressive as well. I will definitely look for him to renovate my house again

We hired Xin concept to renovate the children’s bedroom. We showed them a concept that we liked off the internet. They tried their best to make it work and fit in all our design needs, unlike other IDs we had engaged. Their pricing was reasonable. They shared a project schedule and it was very helpful to help me plan my days. The project went per schedule and they would come over each day morning and evening to brief the Contractors and check on progress. The end result matched very closely with the 3D mock-up image they had shared at the beginning of the project. We had a great experience working with them and would work with them again. Thanks Elizabeth!

Our family really enjoy staying in our new house designed by Salley from Xin Concept. She was patient in listening to us and was able to take into consideration our family's lifestyle and the specific requirements of each family member into the design and space planning of the entire house. During the actual renovation which went smoothly, Salley was hands on and tried her best to ensure that the timeline was met and also ensure that the contractors produced quality work. It was an enjoyable experience working with Salley throughout the renovation process.

Please avoid working with this company. The project has already been completed, and there were no issues caused to them. However, they continue to delay payment with various excuses. Since last year until this April, she has been using all kinds of excuses to delay payment. Every time, I sincerely helped her solve her problems, but this is the kind of treatment I get in return.
