From the start, when we were still selecting IDs, James stood out for suggesting to meet on site for the first meeting to make a sticker layout straightaway so that we could visualise if the furnishings would fit. And even before we selected him, he was already on site with us during the BSC defects check. I think it was this hands-on can-do attitude and enthusiasm that won us over. We had long overseas work commitments during the renovations and we needed a project manager who would be detailed, proactive and organized. James delivered on all fronts. Timely updates, multiple design suggestions based on other projects that he's working on, reliable follow-up and fast turnaround. There was an occasion during carpentry installation where he pre-empted us that there might be a potential problem. But James and his team solved it wonderfully on their own without adding any worries to us. Even right to the handover day, James was sanding down our skirting trimmings himself. We were working with a modest budget and had concerns about managing our home renovations while being busy with work overseas. But working with James has given us a peace of mind and the outcome is truly beautiful. It's actually sad now to close this working relationship chapter with him. All the very best James Wee!

We recently completed our 3rm BTO renovation with Yangs Inspiration Design and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final handover, the professionalism displayed by our ID, Mr Jason and his assistant Mr James, was outstanding. Mr Jason was incredibly responsive and patient. We had a few changes mid-way through the project, and instead of brushing them off, he provided practical solutions and managed the timeline perfectly. The communication was transparent — we always knew what was happening next and how the budget was looking. There were no hidden costs or nasty surprises. The workmanship is top-tier. The flooring, sintered stone for kitchen cabinets/island table top, installation and custom built-ins are perfectly executed. I am very detail-oriented, and I couldn't find any defects in the carpentry or the paint job. The seams are tight, the lines are straight, and the overall build feels very sturdy. Mr Jason has a great eye for design and functionality. He suggested layout changes that made the space feel much larger and more practical. The workers were skilled and efficient. Overall Experience, a stress-free and enjoyable renovation journey. Value for money and high-quality results. Most importantly, turned our house into a dream home. If you need an ID who genuinely cares about quality, this is the one. Highly recommended!

My wife and I engaged Jason Koh from Yang’s ID for our 3-room BTO and overall we had a really good experience. We were quite tight on budget at the start, and Jason was able to work around our budget without compromising too much on the overall outcome. He is more practical than purely aesthetic, which actually suited us very well. At the same time, he has plenty of ideas and creativity on how to make the house look nicer through things like lighting, ambience and small details. Communication with him was also easy and straightforward throughout the whole reno. The workmanship was fantastic as well and we are really happy with how everything turned out. Post-reno service was great too. We ran into a few issues after moving in, Jason and James came down to rectify them without much hassle. Overall, very happy with our home and the whole experience. We recently completed our renovation with Yang's. Our interior designer, Stephanie, was always on top of things, very prompt in answering our queries and worked within the budget that we communicated. She has a wealth of experience with renovations, which showed through her sharp project management, allowing us to entrust her with the entire process without having to fret. We engaged Yangs to renovate our newly purchased resale 4-room HDB, Jason made the entire process as hassle free as possible with constant updates throughout the reno journey which gave us a lot of piece of mind and made us feel secure about our decision to engage Yangs. The renovation started in November 2025 and was completed in February 2026, within the proposed timeline despite the Christmas and Chinese New Year periods. We also really appreciated the workmanship and attention to detail throughout the renovation. Jason was accommodating to our ideas and vision, but at the same time, he wasn't afraid to offer his own suggestions based on his experience when he felt something might not work as well aesthetically or practically in the long run. We bought a 10-year-old resale unit that required a complete renovation for our family of six. We engaged Yangs Inspiration Design for our HDB BTO renovation and had a great experience working with our ID, De Jian. Throughout the reno process, De Jian was responsive and on-the-ball with updates, pictures and videos on the current status and works. This was helpful in giving us peace of mind, to know that we could trust him to get things done on track without needing to go down to the unit frequently and micromanage. Whenever we had questions or wanted to tweak something, De Jian was quick to get back to us and always flexible in helping us find the best way to align the design and reno with our vision, even when we needed to adjust plans along the way. Like any renovation, we did run into some hiccups, such as a few delays with the timeline and some issues with the carpentry and reno works. But De Jian kept us posted every step of the way and made sure all the defects and outstanding issues were properly resolved, without us having to chase. Even after moving in, De Jian continued to remain contactable and responsive to our enquiries on small defects/fixes, and ensure they were fixed ASAP. He even visited us with a housewarming gift which was unexpected but most appreciated! Overall, we're super happy with how our home turned out and would recommend De Jian and the team at Yangs Inspiration Design to anyone looking for an ID that gets the job done and sees things through to the end! :)

Had a very positive experience with Jason Koh! He was very helpful throughout the journey, providing advice and explanations throughout the way and offering suggestions for areas that we were unsure of. During the renovation, he handled the contractors independently with minimal oversight required from us. He also constantly took the initiative to communicate each stage of the process with us, providing us with regular updates when each stage was completed. We’re very happy with the final design and outcome of our place too! The overall workmanship was wonderful - have been staying there for 4 months with no issues. Thanks Jason!
