I would like to thank the staff from Zenith for making my dream home a reality. I met several IDs but Gabriel & Jackie was the only one who took my simple doodle of the ideal home seriously. Even though he was the expert in his field, he was prepared to customize his design to fit most of my requirements. He was also conscientious in following up with me from the initial design to the actual renovation and even now in the post renovation phase. Along the way, he provided practical suggestions which helped me to make the right choices in furnishing my place in the most cost effective way possible. I must say i really enjoyed this renovation project and it was a blessing to have Zenith to renovate my place. I am very impressed with their professionalism and their enthusiasm.

Gabriel did an excellent job in designing my new house. As a designer, he is well versed in his technical knowledge and has a great sense of aesthetics, he offered great design ideas and also took into consideration my preferences and requirements. Gabriel is very warmth, reliable and responsible person. He made it so easy and comfortable for us to work with him. He presented lots of ideas and suggestions on how to save costs which made us even happier. He also made his effort to update us on the work progress. Overall we are very pleased and satisfied with the completion with minimal touching up work. He has made us smiling all day and feels good every moment when we are at home. There is no hesitation to recommend him to any of our families, friends or anyone out there. Thank you once again for his job. Great job Gabriel & Zenith team

He has, however, been our acquaintance & client a few times, however, he was never a legal partner of the business”. Perhaps to make his scams more believable to unknowing Singaporeans. We have since made a police report and the IO contact can be found in the NP299. We can feel the distress and frustration of the victims of his despicable acts that you all are unable to contact him. However, the dealings that were transacted are with Gabriel Seng Joon Hian and not us, we are also a victim of being impersonated. Hi Marvin I will not comment much on LetsCool Engineering or Aircon as a service by itself as a non-customer and did not have any intention to involve u but how you tried to warn ppl is not right. U claimed to be disassociated with Zenith Design Theory when ur Linkedin previously showed that u were the founder {of Zenith Design Theory} which u have recently removed very recently. The same as how u removed Gabriel Seng from ur facebook but u might have forgotten to remove Annuar who is still presently connected to urself and Gabriel (feel free to delete now doesnt matter) and who is also one of the 'Project Manager' in the many fake reviews and also responded to many queries and comments in Zenith Design Theory Facebook.. talking about fake reviews those fake accounts that u people bought have something in common. 1. Liking both Zenith Design and LetsCool and /or Lets Broad or LetsCorp 2. Leaving a fabulous 5 star reviews for Zenith Design and Letscool and/or LetsBroad or LetsCorp. Few days back the deactivated Zenith Facebook was still advertising Airconpros which has the same registered address as your struck off LetsBroad entity..Of course u may come up with reasons like ur linkedin or facebook 'coincidentally' got impersonated or hacked as well but we have the screenshots before u restricted ur account and the before after Look even if u may have sold the business to this Gabriel Seng guy or I dont know what happened between u both but u should stand out to clarify and explain instead of disassociating urself and even worse, giving us a warning. We hv all the screenshots to suppport everything we just said but we really dont wish to upload these on the web unless this gets escalated further however I will not hold back if there are more ppl besides us who have lost their hard earned money and need them to support their cases to the authorities. One may rely on reviews to gain business but stealing other people designs and leaving homeowners like us with half done or screwed up homes is irresponsible n unacceptable. U may be fortunate enough to live in a big house comfortably n be in a family that owns an established hydraulics company but to many of us the 5 digits sum that Gabriel Seng took from us may b our life time savings. I mentioned we never did have the intention to involve u.. If u hv terminated your relationship with Gabriel n made a police report good to hear pls share with us your I/O name and we will furnish him or her more details n link up with our cases. Tq

We have received a lot of harassment that came to our premises looking for Gabriel due to his scam. We have since made a police report of Gabriel impersonating our company. For the person crying wolf, the association was not made without grounds, but since you clarified that Gabriel is impersonating your company, the benefit of the doubt will be given. I am already a victim, do not victimise me anymore. So disappointed.

Zenith Design Theory Pte Ltd is a scammed renovation company. They will mislead the customers with their fake promises, Before signing the contract they will be in good services with the home owners. However after placing deposit amount, they after service is total crap. I am here sharing the worst experience with my home project manager Gabriel Seng, the interior designer of Zenith Design Theory Pte Ltd. I am looking for the best home renovation company for my dream home so I searched via google online and home trust then I found this company, I saw their high rating. So I send in enquiries through the home trust where the project manager Gabriel, He explained to me superb design ideas that also includes 3D drawings for my home. I am really impressed with that so he arranges for a site visit. He checked and did necessary measurements and provide me samples to view. With all these follow up, it gives me green light to go ahead with Zenith Interior Design Pte Ltd for my one stop home renovation interior design company. So I signed the quotation with them. I also paid $35k upfront amount. They stated work will be started next week but my apartment renovation continuously got held back and I am utterly disappointed so I contacted Gabriel Seng but he didn't respond, So I went on to his showroom but I found the shop isn't renovation showroom. I am upset with them, I have no idea what to do now, So my advice would be don't befall into their trap. Zenith is a scam company.

I contacted Zenith Design Theory in Aug 2020 for my new condo flat renovation. I wanted to pay a visit to his showroom so that I could view the design and samples however he keep refusing in letting me know the location and always arrange for a meeting outside or my own apartment. Thus i agreed in letting him make arrangements to my apartment for a site visit the next day which he explained all my queries and I am very gladly with that as it is one step forward to my dream home. After discussion with Gabriel Seng, I received the finalised quotation and he requested for a down payment of 40 percent so that their end could carry out the renovation works. I paid upfront of $25k amount via bank transfer to Zenith Design Theory Pte Ltd. They arranged for their workers to start the renovation works only after 10 days where 2 of their workers came down and started the hacking works. After hacking, the supposed to resceed the flooring and lay tiles accordance to what i have chosen. Suprisingly due to Covid, most of the renovation work have been held up and I totally understand it. However, to my horror they lay different tiling not as per what I have requested. I tried contacting the project manager Gabriel Seng multiple times and he didn't even answer my calls nor replying to my enquiries at all. How unresponsive an interior designer could be!! Tried comforting and finding ways through spamming him calls and texts, he is still unresponsive. After I could managed to contact him, he claims that he have lost his handphone thus finding ways to retrieve his lost messages. Thus he says that he unable to get the messages accordance to the floor tiles i have chosen and insisted that this is the design that I am looking for. He tried to smoke me through on his explanation and says if I would like to change the floor tiles, I got to pay even more to change it. I was so shocked to his explanation. Instead of finding ways in solving problem, he put blames on the owner instead. After that incident their team members didn't come and I also called several times Gabriel Seng but he didn't respond to my calls, He ignores me totally, I am fed up with that company and I am not sure how to get back my money. They also don't have an office nor showroom as stared inside the website. Ended up, my renovation works was left undone. Be careful with small level Reno contractors like Zenith Design Theory. So better be careful with Gabriel Seng. If you choose them as your interior design, please mentally prepared that your money will be lost at all course!!!

I'm disappointed with Zenith Design Theory Pte Ltd. to Send in my interest in my home renovation work to this company and have assigned project manager Gabriel Seng ID for a meet up to future discussions. 1st time, he got the meetup date messed up and missed the appointment. Then we postponed to another day. The second time, I made a trip to their showroom, it is not even a renovation showroom. Message him multiple times however he claims that he is on the way. He didn’t have the courtesy to call me to inform me that he is going to be late. However slowly, he showed his improvement towards the interest in taking up our renovation works thus took extra miles to update me and follow up closely on my designs. Thus I decided to give this company a second chance as their renovation design is somehow the type of renovation style I am looking for. After both ID Jay Lee and Gabriel have provided me the quotation, I gave a downpayment of 40% so that they could purchase the materials and start to carry out the apartment renovation works. To my surprised, both of them disappeared after getting the deposit!! Their phones are uncontactable and none of them take the initiative to update nor follow up on the apartment renovation works. They just left it there empty-handed. I felt being scammed by them and utterly disappointed. Through my research then I found out, most of the reviews are fake!!! Only part of the good reviews is real. Which in fact, the photo's design is not even their own portfolio! Please beware of Gabriel Seng and Jay Lee!

Totally unprofessional. To be fair the ideas are good but Gabriel lacks the attention to detail and project management experience to finish it as there are questions that I asked and he seems to be a novice. I worked as an architect in my earlier years and I knew Gabriel sometimes seem to be pulling a fast one on me. He is eloquent but I felt there was no substance so I decide to pull out early. Unlike Kavita, I was not scammed as I decided to pull out early as I knew it will not turn out well. The office under renovation was told to me and yes, Zenith does not have an office. I hesitate to write my review as it is someone else rice-bowl but seeing that now Gabriel is scamming people I feel that I have to write something to warn people.
