From our very first meeting at the showroom, Dennis and Quinda showed their professionalism and made us feel comfortable and well guided. They were able to understand our needs and provide some practical suggestions that helped us shape the direction of the renovations. Communication with both of them was easy and pleasant throughout the process. They were responsive, approachable, and quick to address our queries and concerns, which gave us confidence. We also appreciated their helpful ideas and recommendations, including suggesting options such as sourcing marble-look laminates/finishes that suited both the aesthetic and practical needs of the space. We recently did a complete overhaul of our place, hacking down all the previous renovations to start completely fresh. Engaging Junhao as our ID was the best decision we made for this massive project. From our initial meetings, Junhao was incredibly attentive. He took note of all our requirements and thoughtfully incorporated them into his design, while also offering great suggestions from a professional standpoint. His aesthetic sense is excellent, and the final result is exactly what we wanted—the actual outcome has almost zero discrepancy from the 3D renders! Budget-wise, the overall pricing was very reasonable and highly transparent. Every single item on the quotation was listed out clearly, and he took the time to explain everything to us. Even for the Variation Orders later on, the exact details of the additions and omissions were crystal clear. Whenever we needed to add something new, Junhao would always discuss it with us first, ensuring we understood all the details before proceeding. During the renovation period, he frequently went down to the site to supervise the work, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. His responsibility doesn't stop after the handover, either. When we noticed that one of our cabinet doors was installed in the wrong direction, Junhao was super prompt and quickly arranged for the carpenter to come over and replace it. Highly recommend Junhao to anyone looking for a reliable, transparent, and talented ID!

What I appreciated most was that they took the time to understand what we wanted and were always open to our ideas and requirements. This made it easier for us to make decisions throughout the renovation. They were also responsive whenever we had questions or wanted to discuss changes. We felt that they genuinely wanted to achieve a good outcome for our home rather than simply completing the renovation. There will always be many decisions and details to manage during a renovation, but having a team that is willing to listen, communicate and work together makes a big difference. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the renovation journey with Catherine and Marcus from Sky Creation Pte Ltd. I would happily give them a 9.99/10. From our very first discussion, they were able to quickly understand the style, functionality, and overall feel that I wanted for my home. I am someone who pays a lot of attention to details, and I had prepared a lengthy Excel sheet with countless renovation requirements. Catherine and Marcus never once complained about the amount of detail. Instead, they patiently went through every item and worked closely with me to achieve the result I envisioned. What I appreciated most was their willingness to accommodate my requests and pursue even the smallest details. Communication was always transparent, and they were very open in sharing updates, options, and project progress. Whenever any issues arose, they responded quickly and helped us resolve them efficiently, which gave us great peace of mind throughout the renovation process. As for areas for improvement, the main issue was with the carpentry workmanship. There were some uneven laminate finishing works, and a few cabinet areas appeared to have been accidentally knocked during installation. The carpentry team could have been more meticulous and careful with the finishing details. However, to be fair, after we highlighted the issues, Catherine and Marcus were very responsive and ensured that every concern was rectified accordingly. Personally, I feel that engaging a stronger carpentry team from the start would have elevated the final outcome even further. High-quality materials deserve equally high-quality workmanship, and the combination of both is what creates a truly flawless result. That said, I was very satisfied with the workmanship from the other trades, including the plumbing, flooring, and electrical works, all of which met or exceeded my expectations. Despite the carpentry issues, Catherine and Marcus demonstrated professionalism, accountability, excellent communication, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. They listened, followed through, and took responsibility whenever needed. Thank you, Catherine and Marcus, for helping us create our dream home. From the start, when we were still selecting IDs, James stood out for suggesting to meet on site for the first meeting to make a sticker layout straightaway so that we could visualise if the furnishings would fit. And even before we selected him, he was already on site with us during the BSC defects check. I think it was this hands-on can-do attitude and enthusiasm that won us over. We had long overseas work commitments during the renovations and we needed a project manager who would be detailed, proactive and organized. James delivered on all fronts. Timely updates, multiple design suggestions based on other projects that he's working on, reliable follow-up and fast turnaround. There was an occasion during carpentry installation where he pre-empted us that there might be a potential problem. But James and his team solved it wonderfully on their own without adding any worries to us. Even right to the handover day, James was sanding down our skirting trimmings himself. We were working with a modest budget and had concerns about managing our home renovations while being busy with work overseas. But working with James has given us a peace of mind and the outcome is truly beautiful. It's actually sad now to close this working relationship chapter with him. All the very best James Wee!

Throughout the renovation journey, we had quite a number of changes and adjustments along the way, but they were always patient and accommodating, offering helpful suggestions and practical solutions to bring our ideas together. What we really appreciated was how they made the entire renovation process so much simpler and less overwhelming for us. Even after the renovation was completed, Alexis continued to be responsive and helpful with follow-up works and touch-ups, coordinating with the respective vendors and contractors to get things sorted. Not forgetting DaoYi who came down couple of times to help us get things fixed. Overall, we’re really thankful for their dedication and support throughout the entire journey. It’s been such a joy seeing our vision come to life, and we couldn’t be happier to finally call this place our home! I would like to give a big thank you to Desmond Neo from Jesigns Interior Design for making the renovation of my 5-room resale flat such a smooth and positive experience! My renovation was a full renovation, including hacking throughout the entire house, so there was quite a lot of work involved. To my surprise, the entire renovation was completed in under 2 months! Considering the scale of the renovation, I was really impressed with how efficiently everything was managed. What I appreciate most about Desmond is how prompt and responsive he is when it comes to solving problems. Renovation works will inevitably come with unexpected issues, but having an ID who responds quickly, looks into the problems and takes action to resolve them makes a huge difference. Desmond gives me peace of mind because I know that when an issue arises, he will attend to it promptly instead of leaving me waiting or constantly chasing for updates. Another big plus point is his pricing. If you are looking for an ID who offers good value for money, I would strongly recommend looking for Desmond! His pricing is very reasonable, which is especially important when you are undertaking a full home renovation and trying to manage your budget. Being a first-time homeowner can be pretty daunting, especially when you've heard one too many renovation horror stories. After going back and forth with about 8 different IDs, I'm so glad I eventually found Penny from Renologist. What I appreciate most about Penny is that she's not just an ID who tells you what you want to hear. She's professional, warm, patient, and most importantly, honest. She's never afraid to tell me when I'm being a little "delulu" with my ideas ?, and I genuinely appreciate that. I wanted someone who would give me honest advice, challenge my decisions when needed, and not just agree with everything I said. Penny has been exactly that. Over the past few months, she's become so much more than just my ID. She's been my rock through the entire process, helping me navigate decisions (and my endless indecisiveness), offering advice even on things that are completely outside her scope, and making what could have been a very stressful experience feel so much more manageable. I also have to give credit to the contractors, plumbers and everyone involved in the renovation. They've been great to work with, and Penny has been fantastic at coordinating everything. Her turnaround time is incredibly quick, whether it's answering my questions, following up on something or getting things sorted with the team. I never feel like I have to chase her, which honestly takes so much stress out of the process. And it's not just about getting the job done. It's knowing that I have someone I can trust, who genuinely cares and has my best interests at heart. That, to me, has made all the difference. We've all heard of renovation nightmares, but I can confidently say that I've actually enjoyed mine. And a huge part of that is thanks to Penny.
