Beware of OK CARPENTRY and Peter Chan.

This has been one of the most frustrating renovation experiences I've had.

Despite paying around 90% of the renovation cost, the project has been delayed multiple times and remains far from completion. Promised timelines were missed repeatedly, communication became inconsistent, and messages often went unanswered.

As a homeowner, it's incredibly stressful to have paid almost the full amount while still waiting for major works to be completed. I was repeatedly given assurances that were not fulfilled, leaving me with uncertainty and disappointment.

If you're considering engaging OK CARPENTRY or Peter Chan, I strongly recommend doing thorough due diligence, ensuring all timelines and payment milestones are clearly documented, and avoiding large upfront payments until work is completed satisfactorily.
