Followed him through from his previous company till he joined Chapter 13 Interior Design. He gave us fruitful advices on our dreamed home. Akid never failed to assist us throughout our journey from the day we have yet to collect our house keys till we had our dreamed home come true. He even go to the extra mile to makesure the timeline was met as we need to moved in to our new house as soon as possible. Akid also arranged to rectify the issue that occurs during our renovation as soon as we informed him of the defects. Thank you so much and really appreciate his hard work. Before engaging an ID, I always have concerns and questions about communication, responsibility, and deliverables, and whether they can fulfill my expectations. When I met Stella and Bernard, they professionally shared with me the design, colors of furniture, and wall paint to match the theme of my house. Importantly they also shared what are the dos and don'ts to prevent a caught-by-surprise situation. Their patient and professional way of working won my contract . Indeed, they managed the deliverables well and in time for me to move in before CNY in just 5 weeks when human resources was a challenging!!!. The quality and workmanship of the custom-made furniture like cupboards , dry pantry etc is really good and most importantly following up on glitches along the way without questions impressed me . The revamp of our living room, kitchen, and bedroom soared beyond expectations, and even in the face of the ongoing pandemic challenges, they not only met but exceeded our expectations, delivering within the promised timeframe. To me, finding a reliable ID was one of the most important things as I’ve heard so many horror stories when it comes to reno. Thankfully I met Lucas from Chapter13 which has been such a joy to work with. I had lots of carpentry done which required a lot of precision. It can be very nerve wrecking but I’m so thankful it came out exactly the way I wanted it to. My son was extremely happy with his room as Lucas manage to fulfil all of his needs. The quality of the carpentry was excellent as compared to my old renovation with a different ID few years back. Very thankful for Lucas who was detailed and reassuring throughout the entire process. There was constantly updates and he always answered to our queries promptly. Personally I’ve had a very bad experience with the previous ID which I’ve worked with. 1. Very flexible designer - willing to discuss and accept changes to his design. 2. Very helpful - helped us to install an additional replacement ceiling fan without charge and also helped us in several other things related to our renovation. 3. Very good follow up so that we could move from our old house to our new house as per our planned schedule. Would be very glad to recommend his service.

Happy with the recommendations provided by ID Stella. she was attentive to my requests and was very proactive in keeping me updated on the progress of the renovations. The workmanship of the cabinets, tv console is also excellent. We met Lucas and informed him what is our theme and budget for our first home! And he gave us alot of ideas and propose alot of different direction to let us have more choice on selection. During the renovation, he try all means to help us rush towards the deadline with almost perfect job done! Really appreciate his fast response on all issues and questions that we highlighted! Jerald my ID gave us a very reasonably priced quotation, well within the budget we were looking for. He is receptive to our inputs and created a cosy space which we envisioned. He coordinates well with the various contractors. We are very grateful that he and his team were able to deliver within our short timeline.
