Design Avenue

Timeless, overflowing with creativity and more than i wanted in terms of style and design. Willie created a masterpiece out of my first home. He was able to put together a vision that i dreamed of and described at best in dribs and drabs. i love the way the tv console turned out, compact yet impactful, i love the bartop that accompanies me for meals, the bed design is no less that what you would find in the male leads room in a korean drama set.The colour coordination is also perfect. i feel pampered by Willie and i feel like male lead in my own home!!!

From concept to execution, your passion for design shines through every element of my home. I'm thankful for your talent and expertise. Your thoughtful consideration of every aspect of the project has made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Thank you for your meticulous attention to detail. All the best and take care! Hopefully we can work together next time in the near future Best Regards Jinfeng

Joanna was very professional and provide excellent customer service. Carpentry measurements were done one day after my key collection which was very fast and efficient. The electricians came down on the same day to learn about my requirement. Reno was completed within one month which was on time. Recommended for owners of 2 room flexi on low budget and just need the essentials reno to make your house ready for moving in.

After meeting with a few other firms which failed to be on the same page as us, we decided to give Design Avenue a try. Engaged Joanna and team after our first meeting as they could be able to show me how i wanted my house to be. With some advices in their expertise, they managed to renovate my imaginations to life.. They dont push for monetary gains, in fact, have always given us many options to choose from, until we are satisfied.

I have been searching for an ID for 4 months and met countless of IDs. Unfortunately, I was not able to click with any of the IDs that I met. It was truly a stressful and tiring period for me as I was getting closer to my key collection date. But fortunately, I found Joanna from our Estates chat group with recommendations. I decided to have a meet up with her at her firm Design Avenue. After chatting with her I knew I have found my ID. She understood what I wanted and did not try to force some ideas on me like some other IDs did! She patiently listened to what I really wanted and try to incorporate things from there. Renovation was a breeze. Joanna handled every single details. I barely went to my unit to check. As I was busy with work. Knowing how busy I was, Thankfully Joanna handled everything efficiently (My friends and family were amazed by her efficiency) If I do have any doubts she will immediately answer and reassure me. I do get timely updates and progress from her. And she was very kind to receive some of my deliveries for me as well because I could not be present to receive my goods. I am glad I have placed my trust in her! I do Like to thank her and her team for creating my dream home!

During our first meeting with Joanna Wee, the Interior Designer, she surprised us with her level of expertise and professionalism. She was able to address many of our initial concerns and her confidence gave us the ssurance that the renovation would be in good hands. Welfrey Ong, the Project Manager managed the project timeline extremely welll and he was very attentive to details. If anyone is looking for quality workmanship, Design Avenue is the place to go to.

Awesome consultation and design by Welfrey! I rented my place out for a while so it was quite worn-out. With Welfrey’s experience, knowledge and hands-on approach, he conceptualized, presented and materialized the design from end-to-end! Excellent workmanship and perfectly on time & budget. He just needed to do 1 site visit and was able to come up with the best design and space-saving ideas for my tiny place. He whatsapped photos to update me on the progress even when I’m overseas! Highly recommended! And do pay a visit to their showroom when you can - It’s a beautiful workplace, home and collaboration place with the rest of the suppliers, all at the same time!

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Joanna to design my new home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From our very first meeting, she was extremely accommodating and took the time to really listen to my needs and preferences. She paid great attention to detail throughout the entire process, and I was consistently impressed with her ability to come up with creative solutions to design challenges. Not only did Joanna help me create a beautiful and functional living space, but she also made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Her professionalism, expertise, and commitment to quality were evident in everything she did, and I felt completely confident in her abilities from start to finish. Overall, I would highly recommend Joanna to anyone looking for a talented and experienced interior designer who truly cares about their clients' satisfaction. Thank you so much for all of your hard work and dedication!"

We engaged Joanna for the renovation of our 4-room BTO. She is patient in answering all our questions, open to discussion, and gives practical ideas, knowing we have young children in the household. She does not overpromise and is honest when giving feedback on the plausibility of our requests. When the renovation started, she monitored the work closely and coordinated well with her team. She is very proactive and responsive, ensuring that all the requirements have been met, following up closely with the schedule and work. The workmanship and quality were good as well. She was responsive in following through on minor defects and modifications after the renovation was completed. We are very impressed by the way she managed the project and extremely satisfied with the final look and quality of the renovation. It was a pleasure working with her, and we would strongly recommend her services.

Recommended by a close friend whom has her landed property done by Willie in 2020. Indeed he's very experienced in landed house. Ours is a 3 storey house with a basement. After his proposal on design and working on the theme we wanted, we shortlisted him as our Interior Designer. He is patient and prompt on response to our queries and followed the schedule tightly as we are quite in a rush to move in as our lease is going to end. His contractors are nice as well when we do our visit. The progress of the whole renovation was smooth without any hiccups. Therefore I would recommend Design Avenue to my friends who need renovation,
