Uneven screed and vinyl flooring

I would like to ask if anyone knows if it's normal to have a little bumpiness and uneven surfaces on a newly screeded floor after vinyl panels are installed? Before vinyl was installed I had noticed that the screed done by my contractor was rough and uneven in some areas, but I thought that it would not be obvious after the vinyl is installed. However, upon installation I could still feel some areas which are higher than others.

I wonder if anyone has experienced similar issue, and whether something like that could be the result of the screed or bad installation of the vinyl. Thanks!

I don't think that any finished surfaces should have bumpiness that is observable by the owner. If so, it is probably a case of bad workmanship. You should definitely get in contact with your contractor to get it sorted out, especially if it is still within the warranty period. Little details like these once you see/feel them you can't un-see them! ?
