Hi everyone,
I’m currently redesigning my child’s bedroom and realised that a kids bedroom rug can actually make a big difference to how the room feels. I used to think rugs were just decorative, but they also make the room safer and more comfortable for kids who play on the floor a lot.
From what I’ve read, a good kids rug should be:
I’ve seen some rooms where a colourful rug completely changes the look of the space and creates a dedicated play area. Rugs can also help cushion falls and provide a softer surface for active kids.
I was browsing some interior ideas on HomeTrust and noticed several kids room designs that use rugs to tie the whole space together. It gave me a few ideas for colours and layouts.
Just curious:
Would love to hear what has worked for your kids’ rooms!
