Hi Andrew, personally I am more towards the leather option for your needs, I also prefer the look of a leather sofa compared to the fabric ones. Leather when done right, usually looks and feel more modern and atas. There is also something undeniably classy with a nice brown leather sofa in a modern/contemporary home.

Hello everyone, looking to seek some opinion about choosing between leather or fabric sofa for my place. Prefer the touch of fabric sofa more, but I usually host people quite often, would a leather sofa be more enduring for wear and tear? Also my living room does not have aircon, was also wondering if it would affect the comfort of both materials.

Well who says you can have the best of both worlds? If your space and style allows you can always have a fabric couch and throw in pieces of leather seating, or have a leather sofa with a combination of fabric ottomans and poufs!
