I’m planning to renovate my office space in the next few months, mainly interior work, partitions, flooring, ceiling, electrical, and some glass offices. Before I start contacting contractors, I was thinking about getting cost estimates done first so I can understand the budget properly and avoid surprises later.
I recently came across accurate commercial estimating services and it seems like they provide detailed cost breakdowns before the project even starts. I’m thinking this might help me control my budget and compare contractor quotes more easily, but I’m not sure if it’s really worth it or not.
Has anyone here used commercial estimating services before starting an office renovation? Did it actually help with budgeting and contractor negotiations, or is it something contractors already include in their quotes?
Would really appreciate some advice or experiences before I move forward with my office renovation project.
