Hi i am looking to renovate my house but due to not able to get a place to stay during the renovation period has put me off to start renovation.
Staying with relatives is not possible and the short team rental place must also be pet friendly.
I have spoken to few property agent and all says the same thing minimum must tent 6 to 1 year.
Service apartment the cost is too high and also not pet friendly.
Do anyone has any recommendations? Thanks gor all valuable advice and recommendations.
6 months is usually the absolutely bare minimum, especially since you have pets too, which eliminates quite a number of landlords. had a friend with similar situation too, waiting for new condo while already sold BTO HDB. Managed to find a 1br in a new dev to rent for a year that allows pets.
Considering the rental market has weaken a little, you might have a little negotiation leverage.
