Palmwood Pte Ltd

We met this company at BLUM showroom and decided to work with them for our home renovation. They are certified partners of BLUM UrbanKitchen and were able to provide us with solutions to complement the UrbanKitchen. This company is a family business so we trust that they will work hard to uphold the company reputation. The team of Ben and Delia(UrbanKitchen by BLUM) may be young, but they are energetic and understood our requirements. We did a major renovation spanning 3 months so unexpected situations and problems did crop up. What this team impressed us most is their ever willingness to help us solve the problems at the best of their ability and resources. We are not easy customers and we appreciate their integrity, responsiveness and patience with all our changes and requests. If you more or less know what you want, this team/company is a good choice to execute your requirements. Our project was completed slightly delayed, but within budget and to our satisfaction.

Vincent our designer from Palmwood and his entire team worked very well together for your home renovation. They are professional and provided their best work to meet our extremely high expectations, and are always ready to offer a balance of practical solutions and functional designs. For our home resign, we needed to maximize storage and flexible space planning and the Palmwoo team was patient in helping us to conceptualise the design. They also ensured that the concept is functional and practical within the provided and available space. Palmwood also has their own carpentry team, so we were able to monitor the process closely. Overall we are very happy with the design - our home is comfortable, easy to maintain, and the flexible design will be able to meet our evolving needs into the foreseeable future. I will recommend Palmwood as a reputable interior design company who takes pride in their work, design and quality service.

We were very lucky to have met Palmwood because they provided us with all the knowledge which is really essential for a first time homeowner doing renovation like us. They were very patient in answering our questions, and they also spent time to shop our lighting fixtures with us. We are happy to engage Palmwood for our home renovation as we managed to stick within our renovation budget, while still having sufficient for other furnishing costs.

I chose Palmwood for my renovation works and ended up a satisfied customer. I was happy with the workmanship and the tiling, carpentry, electrical and plumbing works met my expectations. My ID was also responsive whenever something cropped up. Palmwood were very professional in the sense that they enjoyed good coordination between their ID and subcontractors. Work proceeded at a healthy pace and there was no need for me to chase them during the renovation process. Eventually, the project was completed on time and I did not encounter any issues since then.
